Though some people confuse short sales and foreclosures, there is actually a major difference between the two. Today I’d like to break down both terms for you so that you have a better understanding of what to expect in either event. For example, while a lender can foreclose on a home after a borrower neglects to make their monthly payments, a short sale is a bit different.
