Real estate investment is no longer just an option for the rich. Nowadays, just about anyone can get started if they know what options they have. Today, I have five possible paths that you can follow in order to profit from investing in real estate. For one, the most traditional route is through buying and renting, which is exactly what it sounds like: You buy a property and rent it out. A lot of homeowners are curious about their options when it comes time to sell. One of those options is listing the home FSBO, or For Sale By Owner. There are pros and cons to this method.
