I recently bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla S from Mad City Sales and I am extremely happy that I decided to check them out. My sales associate Eddie was very good about helping me find a vehicle that I could afford and was able to get the monthly price range that I had asked for. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and that I was happy with the car, which was fully loaded with a sun roof, amazing sound system, etc. A couple of weeks later I needed to bring the car in for two minor repairs (headlight adjustment and trunk sticking) and it was completely hassle free. :)

Okay so the radio ads are annoying. But they do get my attention. The trade-in value was more than fair. They aren't so bad to deal with as far as pricing goes. They got me financing that I asked for that day. While they were doing that I was allowed to drive the vehicle that afternoon while I ran errands. I'm a big fan of "try before you buy." I loved the fact that I was allowed to buy as many $10.00 full service oil change coupons on the date of the sale as I had wanted to buy. Now the service department...This is top notch, in my book. It's like working with a small garage with the resources of a dealership at their disposal. Josh (I believe that is the service manager's name?) is awesome. He works with my budget when I come in with a concern and he doesn't try to oversell me repairs. He tells me when I can get away with waiting to take care of something or when I need to have something done right away (which so far was a new battery). He also gave me a head's up regarding future routine maintenance such as needing spark plugs at 90,000 miles. This way I can budget for it and am not stuck with sticker shock later. All in all I'm happy with doing business with them and I'm a tough consumer to please.

They were running a deal where you could trade in a car that still had money owed on it. They allowed my wife and I to get rid of our old Honda and upgrade to a slick new Nissan Altima. The service was fantastic and the entire sales experience was pleasant from start to finish. Eddie helped us find the car that was the right fit for us and made sure we were happy before we left the lot with our new ride. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back for our next auto purchase.

Advice from someone who researches dealerships: Behind their witty radio ads and "For the people" slogan, is a deceitful company. They do not post their prices online for a reason, so you think you're getting a good deal, when you are not. The goal is to get you there so they can pressure you into a deal. Their target is people who do not know much about cars or the market. Research and use online tools like Autotrader BEFORE you purchase a vehicle from them. A car on the lot was priced $5,000 more than other dealerships in a 100 mile radius. I was told "well you can go there then". Their selection was poor and I wouldn't be surprised if other people have had maintenance issues after purchasing. Long story short: Check reviews for dealerships and go to a reputable one. This isn't a reputable one.

Mad City Sales are CROOKS. It doesn't get any worse than this: PLEASE READ I asked tMad City Sales to find a specific sports car for me (WRX STI)...and gave them my price limit. They found car after car and then expalined that it didn't workout because of an issue. Every time the new car got alittle more expensive. After the 4th car, it seemed like everything was fine and they aquired it. It was only 2 years old with 20K miles on it, and was full retail at $30,000 which was quite a bit over my spending limit, but I bought it because it seemed like the smartest decision for an almost new pristine car. When I got it home, I parked it. The next day it died and had to be towed back to the Mad City for a new starter. After a few months I noticed a bunch of sketchy things with this "near new" car. There were holes in the floor boards from racing seatbelts taken out, roll cage taken out, big exhaust leak, faulty o2 sensor ect. I had the car looked at and dyno'ed and It was SEVERELY UNDERPOWERED. The boost the Turbo was supposed to be making was around 15psi...and it was making 8psi. There were BOOST LEAKS EVERYWHERE. What the shop explained to me was that this car was HEAVILY MODIFIED and RETURNED TO NORMAL. After all of the issues I ended up selling the car 8 months after buying it. It was worth $27,000K bluebook and I sold it for loss at $24,000K!!! A few days before I sold the car, I got one last oil change for the new buyer. The Subaru dealer pulled up on the comuputer that the ENGINE HAD BEEN REBUILT! The previous owner shelled out $9,000 out of pocket for the rebuild! So I PAYED FULL RETAIL for a SKETCHY REBUILT/ SPORTS CAR! Mad City Sales are CROOKS...they sell bad cars for the most money possible. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

A bunch of misleading false advertising people the only reason I gave it one star was because I had to be able to write anything otherwise it would ZERO starss tell you one thing and then when you go down there because you were told you could get the vehicle you wanted but then they tell you all your only qualified for an entirely different vehicle not what you wanted

I brought my van in for an oil change and 21 point inspection purchased on Groupon. I loved the customer service and the detailed explanations of some other services that my van really needed after the inspection was done. They hustled to get it all done in one day so that I could pick up my daughter at a specific time, which was so helpful. I was also really impressed by the great customer service showed by everyone in the service department. Honestly, from the person behind the counter to both the people who dropped me off and then picked me up from my office (yes, they did that for me) so that I could go back to work...everyone seemed invested in their work, loved their jobs and in turn it was obvious that they cared. It's sad that that kind of service feels like an exception these days, but it was noticed by me and very much appreciated! Highly recommend.
