Best car buying experience EVER!! Casey and Chris were SO cool and made the whole process very smooth! I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a car - I got the car I wanted and my payments are VERY reasonable! Casey is the one you need to work with - high energy and he listens to what you want - he made me feel like finding me the car I wanted and getting me the best deal on that car was the only reason he was there - not like other places that make you feel like you are just another sale in their books. Again, BEST car buying experience I have ever had!!

The staff was friendly and courteous, and the selection was great. The real gem in shopping here though was Harmony. Someone my age that understood that helping me get the car that best fit my needs was only the first step. She went above and beyond to help me get pricing that made sense, a car that I couldn't be happier with, and throughout the whole exchange was professional and treated me like a person. She also introduced me to all the service professionals and managers personally like I was the most important person there. Since I purchased the car she has been so kind as to follow up with me a number of times to talk about things that aren't business related always, but never forgets to thank me and ask how the car is doing all the same. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with her. If you aren't sure about where to buy your next car, let me help you: call Harmony.

Mad city is the place to get a car if everyone had told you no. We had saw the ads and thougt they could help and they did. Candy was great. She was very nice and helped with the manager to get us into a nicer car. We wanted to trade our old car but we ended up being able to do it with just money down and decided to keep our other car. Candy even helped keep out daughter happy with crayons and toys. They have a playroom with a movie which is great because we were there all afternoon. I recomend asking for Candy if you are thinking of going there. She will get you a great deal and help worth any thing you needed.

Casey at Mad City Sales were great! They got me into my new Lexus the same day; a matter of a few hrs and I was out the door. But it didn't stop at just getting me a great deal on a sweet new sedan..... they got my drivers license reinstated, and the cheapest deal on new full coverage insurance. Chris in financial worked magic and sniffed out a payment of less than $250 per month. They happily accepted my down payment and even escorted me to drop of my rental car a week early .... putting $150 back in my pocket there. Best of all I never felt pressured, my 7 week old and I were treated with the utmost respect (they were extremely conscientious of the needs of my baby girl I had with me), and I left with not only a new car, new insurance, a valid license but most of all....... PEACE OF MIND and safety for my family and my self. Best buying experience I've ever had. This is my second time buying from Mad City Auto Sales. (The first car was a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am GT I bought in 2006). Thank you!!!! From a sincerely happy mom.

I have experienced both positive and negative things about Mad City Sales and unfortunately the negative far outweighs the positive. The positive happened when I went to buy my first car, but am assuming this was only positive because my parents came along with me (20 at the time) otherwise I don't think they would have given me the time of day. And now looking back on it, I hesitated to buy and once I said that I was unsure they did the typical, well we have multiple parties that are interested in the car and already have a couple of offers in. I (new to the car buying experience) put in an offer right then and there and they accepted. Now on to the negative: I heard their ad on the radio talking about trade in values stating that they would give me $3500 towards any car on their lot in addition to the value of my car. Well that is just complete BS to begin with because it is only on "select" vehicles! which they don't mention in the ad nor made any mention of when I called THREE times to confirm this deal. All three times they had told me that the deal was expiring soon and needed to get in there ASAP in order to get that for my trade in. So I went out there one day after work and test drove the car only to be held up in their office for an hour and a half having the sales man go back and forth with the finance guy. They told me that what I was told on the phone was incorrect and they could only offer me the value of my car which was $2000 below what I had it valued at by two other dealers. Refused to budge stating they were giving me the best deal possible. Then they refused to give me my keys back after I stated that I was no longer interested and just wanted my keys back so I could leave. I asked 3 times for my keys and they refused to give me them stating he was going to just go and check with the finance guy one more time. It is a typical bait and switch move, do not listen to their ads on the radio, they are all lies just to get you in the door!

I'm extremely happy about choosing to buy a car from mad city. They were very flexible and helpful when I was in quite a predicament with my vehicle situation. Excellent customer service and a very friendly welcoming environment. ONE of the best things is i was able to get the car that ive been wanting, With payments that are very affordable for me. They really are the dealer for the people, and I recommend mad city to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I def won't be going back! I went on a Sunday when there would be no sales associates around to bother me and try talking me into a car. I've been hearing them on the radio since I moved to Madison and figured I'd check it out. I need a car and a friend of mine had a good experience getting a car. He filed for bankruptcy and managed to get a loan on a great looking Mini. That's where they get you and they take advantage of your situation. The cars there are GROSSLY overpriced. That's assuming you can even FIND a price on them. More than a 3rd of the cars don't even have prices up, but I can only imagine what prices they have on them for the cars that did. To put into perspective, you can locally buy a great running 2000 give or take a couple years for about 3-5 thousand dollars. These joksters have a Ford Taurus sitting in their lot, with a hood that looked like an angry puma took it's agression out on it, faded paint and rought interior for 7 thousand dollars. a 2009 PONTIAC G6 that costs more than a brand new Nissan Sentra! I saw one car there that was about 10K overpriced as well but I can't remember which car it was. THE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. That's where they get you, they can GET you the loan through water strings they can pull but you'll be paying up the ass in overpriced sales. God forbid you sign up to whatever they got on their site to find a vehicle. I don't remember her name but this irritating lady called me once a day leaving a voicemail to call them about DRIVING AWAY MY NEW OVERPRICED CAR and if that wasn't enough I was getting an email every day as well. They're obviously trying to hide something if they can't do something as simple as show prices for their car lots. Everyone else shows what their stock is and what the price is, so what are they trying to hide? Oh right, they want to trick you into coming on the lot so they can use their sales "skills" on getting you into their overpriced hunks of metal. If you need a car and this is your only choice, go for it, seems like people are happy paying out the butt for a car they could get cheaper elsewhere. Me? I'm not desperate enough to pay thousands of dollars over the worth of a car for whatever "excuse" they give. Also, credit is NOT that big of turnoff to get you a loan. Schoepp Motors NorthEast got me a loan on a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL @ 16.99% interest with a credit score of 502 and yet they don't have to spam their sales lot on the radio every 5 minutes.

Harmony was AMAZING!!! I took my daughter in to buy her first car and Harmony greeted us as we pulled into the lot. Harmony made sure to explain everything in great detail to my daughter which was very helpful. Harmony listened to my daughter's needs and my daughter ended up with a great car at a great price. Wonderful experience!
