I brought my van in for an oil change and 21 point inspection purchased on Groupon. I loved the customer service and the detailed explanations of some other services that my van really needed after the inspection was done. They hustled to get it all done in one day so that I could pick up my daughter at a specific time, which was so helpful. I was also really impressed by the great customer service showed by everyone in the service department. Honestly, from the person behind the counter to both the people who dropped me off and then picked me up from my office (yes, they did that for me) so that I could go back to work...everyone seemed invested in their work, loved their jobs and in turn it was obvious that they cared. It's sad that that kind of service feels like an exception these days, but it was noticed by me and very much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Went in to look at their inventory, what a shame, they run their business backwards, they wanted to run my credit before showing me their inventory. SMH. I had to tell the sales person my ballpark credit score before he was willing to show me what they had in the lot. Def will not be buying a car there. BTW the giftcard they offered, its not worth it. Congrats to those who were able to purchase car from there but definitely I will not be one of them.

I spent quite a bit of time with sales associate Gabi and couldn't give her a higher rating for working with me to get me in a great car. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I went in there and Gabi was very patient and accommodating by letting me look at and test drive several different cars. Gabi and Frank stayed past closing time to make sure I was satisfied and understood all the terms in the financing as well as making sure I was satisfied with my car. 1 month later and still trying to get some issues resolved with my car. I'm also STILL waiting for that free oil change for writing a good review. Follow up from the sales staff has been pretty much nonexistent, but the service team has been in contact. Changing my rating from 5 to 4 because of these issues.

I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from Mad City Sales about 3 weeks ago. I traded in my old car, a 2000 Ford Focus, which we can't get started and is parked in a grocery store parking lot. Mad City Sales agreed to the trade in "as is" and they agreed to send a flat bed to pick the car up. We signed the title and sent it to Mad City Sales. We left the key in the glove box just as they instructed us to do. It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't picked up the 2000 Ford Focus from the grocery store. We have gotten a visit from a city official where we live asking us what we're going to do about the car, and we've explained to them the situation. I've tried calling Mad City Sales a few times and have left messages for someone to call me back, and I have yet to receive a phone call. The 2007 Honda Accord that I purchased from Mad City Sales also had a piece of trim sticking out a ways from the front driver's side wheel well when I first test drove it. The sales rep that I dealt with, Julianna, ensured me that Mad City Sales would fix it. I thought that they did because when I picked the car up from the dealership the piece of trim wasn't sticking out anymore. However, when I got home and looked at it closer, I realized that they didn't fix the piece of trim. They ripped it off of the car completely. I'm thankful that Mad City Sales was able to get me a car loan when I was in a pinch, but the treatment that I have endured from them is absolutely ridiculous!!! I feel like I've been treated like garbage. It's been 3 weeks since I traded in my broken down car that they said they were going to pick up, and now I could potentially be facing trouble from the city I live in and/or the police because Mad City Sales said they would pick up my old broken down car and haven't done so. I'll never do business with them again, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Honestly the only decent thing about this place is the sales person I spoke with seemed very nice and knowledgeable. However, the second I got my car, and experienced issues with the car, he wasn't as interested in providing the service he had before. The car itself I had gotten had a small exhaust leak and when I had complained about it, they originally didn't want to fix it but eventually I talked them into it. Then a couple weeks after owning the car, the check engine light came on which they were not at all willing to fix even though I had a basic warranty. But my warranty only covered oil parts. Now 6 months down the road the engine is completely shot and I have to replace it. Nothing but problems with this place so use caution in purchasing a vehicle here. Another note, my sister and I both got cars from here the same day, she ended up having to trade the original vehicle for another because it had so many issues and even the car she has now is also having problems. Be very very carful of this slum dealership. If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are shady, no pricing online or on lot. Sales people are unprofessional and so are the managers. Wanted me to put down money, which I had, told sales person I could put money down if need be. Kept pressing me to "see" the money to prove I had it?? Didn't even introduce himself properly or tell me his name or ask mine? Told me I needed $1500 down, said I had it, then he needed $2000 down, then $2500. All before we even test drove or looked at a car? Most cars you see on their website are not on their lot. Seen three Honda Civics on their site that morning, had NONE on lot. Don't waste your time, went to Schoepps and they were great, no hassle, worked with me since I have bad credit and believed me when I said I had a down payment without me having to pull out cash. Don't go here, you're gonna get ripped off and their "specials" they advertise are bogus and won't apply to you.

I am not writing to scare anyone away but this place is the worst for anyone buying a car. I have bought 3 cars from this guy’s hoping for a decent one each time but each time I am disappointed. This time around I walked in stating I wanted to buy a Honda Civic or a Honda Accord. So the first sales guy I worked with tried selling my Nissan Sentra which is NOT a Honda. The most annoying part was that I had to explain this concept to an associate and a manager. I did end up getting a card but the sales process was laughable. Now I have had my 2012 Civic for about a year. It has 40k on it and it already needs wheel bearings. I asked for a Carfax and never got one…. Come to find out the car has like 30 Carfax records but the Salesman told me there wasn’t more than 5 and those records were all from oil changes (said the salesman). Also I was sold a car with 32k on it and Mad Ciry lost the other key… They said they would work with me to get another one but now they pretend like they never told me that…. What I joke. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Isacc was a very knowledgeable sales person. Isacc took the time to go over all of our options. He made sure that we were approved for financing before we even looked at a vehicle. His dedication to his job is wonderful. In addition to Isacc, Frank in Finance worked with us to find us a bank that would work with us in financing our new "used" car. We couldn't be more happier with our Honda Pilot. I also need to add that we discovered a few things that needed a double check after we left the lot on Saturday. I have to commend Mad City Sales with their dedication to us as they are "as I type" making all items right on our vehicle. We could not be happier and recommend the Team at Mad City Sales to anyone looking for that right fit.
