It's hard to compete with Macromark when it comes to accessing the best mailing lists, especially for dietary, nutritional supplements and health mailers. I've used other list brokers in the past and it was VERY rare if they did what they said they would do. After YEARS of frustration with other list brokers someone referred me to Macromark. If you are in the direct response biz and you want to grow your business, these are the guys to deal with. And the best part (whether you are large or small), they will actually return your phone calls and treat you with respect and integrity. I have dealt with both Adam Moran and Dave Klein for years and they are BOTH "Masters of the their Craft."
