Maybe you should do a show about listener stories like this. Aside from the huge number of tips and tricks (MemoryKeeper being a recent great example), I've sold items to Gazelle, bought a Synology, bought a Buffao router, set up DD-WRT on a Linksys router, set up pyTiVo with my Mac Mini and solved countless problems. My best Gazelle story is when I sold my 2006 Mac Pro (yes, the first Intel version) for $300 just a few months ago. Quite a price for such an old machine. The problem is, FedEx did something during shipping that zapped the motherboard. Working with Gazelle to retrieve Console logs still on the drive, we proved to FedEx that they were liable and I got my money anyway. So, Gazelle comes through even when things go wrong.
