High High Prices...Low Low cusotmer Service....and NO amenities.....OHH but the Wow FACTOR is definetly the GTFO staff attitude.. Terrible area to live in. (i.e. no close stores/terrible crimes) By the way High prices Include $65 bucks for parking. AND they dont even provide a roof. If you dont pay the 65 dollars for parking GOOD LUCK parking anywhere else.... Cherry on top: Terrible attitude from the staff there. They make you feel like an inconvenience, to say the least... If you really want to know what its like to rent an apartment here (i've lived here for almost a year now) just imagine you are sitting there reading this review, in your home, then out of freggin nowhere, some half retarded emotionally repressed middle aged women lets herself into you house, slaps your cereal out of your hands, demands you give her 500 dollars since she forced you to sign some obscure form, slaps you, slaps your girlfriend, and steals your dog.... BUT before she leaves she makes sure she lets you know that she thinks your a little overweight. So yeah,,,,, pretty good so far. WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE.

You're family until your lease is signed. Then good luck contacting your landlord for any issue at all. The same email you corresponded with to lease the apartment becomes a black hole after you've moved in. The maintenance guys are respectable and trustworthy, but the administration can't be bothered. Additionally, be sure to read everything they have you sign. The woman who leased my apartment tricked me into signing a $25 a month parking fee while she explained how much parking there was and not to worry about spots. Also, the lease is 9 pages long and has 10 pages of addendums. These guys are ruthless. It's fair to say they are shrewd business-people, but if only they'd grow a human soul they could be great realtors.

They charged me $50 to replace my key card. That is just obscene. The front office is rude and unfriendly except the woman at the front desk when you walk in. I don't trust anyone that works there except a couple of maintenance people and the cleaning crew. When I moved in they said it was a smoke free building. So I rented and once I moved in I noticed 2nd hand smoke in my room. They then told me that its smoke free but residents can smoke in their rooms. That was really infuriating. The apartments are small but to get a 2 bedroom you have to pay a lot. I don't recommend living here. Its also geared toward young people in their 20's so if you are older expect to be ignored.

Love the apartment itself. Marble topped counters, wooden floors, and a built in bookcase? Perfect for a bibliomaniac such as myself! However, I'm fairly certain that an IQ under 40 is required before you're hired here. Management is full of the most obtuse, blithering idiots. Good luck spending less than thirty minutes if your key card doesn't work for the parking lot. Want a spot in said parking lot? "Oh, it's full." "Well, I've never seen anybody park in all of those spots. Are they empty." "Yeah, but it's just a lot of work to get you switched." Excuse me while I grind my head into this cement wall for a moment.

***Update: Still enjoy living here. We are about to move to Clyde Manor for extra space. The management has been nothing but helpful so far in our experience. I just moved in (Park Central) so my opinion could change, but so far I have been pleased with the leasing office and service. We signed our lease, a day later I called to add a parking spot and the lady called me back within an hour to tell me the # that I was assigned. The impressive part of this is that she me back on same # I called them, which was a number I didn't even give them! The parking lot could use repaved, but definitely not broken down in my opinion. I love our apartment! All the appliances were brand new and never used, which was great to me. I was leery about the apartments from reading the reviews, but decided to check it out anyways. I encourage others to do the same. If anything changes, I will of course update.
