Meet Daniel Meng, #MUVFit founder and master trainer.

Daniel believes there is no “one size fits all” program that works for everyone. He tailors each program to the specific needs of the individual using components of corrective exercise, functional training, balance, core conditioning, cardio, traditional resistance training, and nutritional guidance to form a “map” to a healthy body and lifestyle. Daniel has vast experience working with clients with special needs such as injury issues, pre- and post-partum, diabetes, and other health concerns. “It’s about you. It’s about feeling better, looking better, moving better. Seeing a client achieve better health is what I live to do.”

Marty’s fitness coaching approach is based on holistic principles. He will help you achieve your goals using foundational principles of movement, nutrition and overall lifestyle factors. Marty has brought his in-depth assessment approach to the MUVFit team, along with helping Daniel mentor our Elite trainers to become the most knowledgeable in Nashville. He has coached clients from the ages of 11-92 years old, including those with scoliosis, autism, Parkinson’s disease, total knee replacements, low back pain, and traditional fat loss goals.
