On Saturday, August, 12 MDOT MTA police will conduct testing for its next class of entry-level recruits. MDOT MTA Police will allow persons interested in a career in law enforcement to walk-in and take the test. Testing will be conducted at MDOT MTA Police Headquarters located at 4701 Mt. Starting on Sunday, September 3 MDOT MTA Fall services changes will go into effect. A total of 25 adjustments are included in the service change, including shifting of trips, adding in trips/increasing frequencies, increasing service spans, and alignment changes based on feedback provided by passengers and bus operators. These adjustments are in addition to the supplemental service/school trippers added in the Fall pick to manage increased demands on the system as a result of students returning to school and using MTA service. On Wednesday, August 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to noon, Amazon is hosting a one-day job fair at 2010 Broening Highway. To better serve the community and provide access to job opportunities in the Baltimore region, the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA) is providing supplemental service on the LocalLink 65 bus route to get job seekers to Amazon. Four additional supplemental service trips will be provided on the LocalLink 65. These additional trips have been inserted into existing bus service and will increase the service to every 15 minutes during the morning rush hour and every 30 minutes until the job fair ends at noon. As this service will not be published on the regular timetables, please consult with the supplemental service timetables listed below. Starting today until noon on Sunday, July 30 East Saratoga Street between Charles Street and St Paul will be closed for roadway based repairs. Southbound traffic on St Paul Street will be diverted at Centre Street where St Paul Place and St Paul Street split.
