Went in for pink eye. Got charged full price and left with some prescriptions drops that actually made my eye worse. Went back two days later to ask what was up. There was a different doctor. My eye was much worse. He prescribed antibiotics and some new eye drops. He told me I wasn't being charged for the follow-up visit. I thought that was nice since the first visit was useless. I missed additional days of work and paid full price for 2 sets of prescripts because the wrong drugs were prescribed. I mean how hard is prescribing antibiotics for pink eye? A couple weeks later I got a bill.... for both visits. Called the billing number and left multiple messages explaining what happened and related what I was told during my visit. Finally someone called me back a week or so later. The billing lady said she would check into it and call me back. Three weeks later I got another bill and called again. The billing lady, who had never called me back, decided to be rude, acting like it was my fault what the doctor told me was different than her bill. I asked why she never called back after she spoke to him, and she said she did. I will make this clear - SHE DID NOTHING! For someone who dropped the ball I found her offensive and unprofessional. The office visits weren't bad, but I am very skeptical about a place I can't trust. Especially when it comes to healthcare and shady billing practices. IF YOU GO, get your bill straight before you leave the office. If they mail it, you risk being misled. You might consider going elsewhere altogether.
