Formulae questions in the McKinsey PST are generally like Word Problems, except you don’t have to provide the actual numerical results, just the formulae containing letters representing input variables. It is important to keep in mind that most candidates are eliminated in the McKinsey Problem Solving Test because they let things slip through the cracks.
