Although the "Brexit" is affecting world trade markets negatively and could affect the European economy for years to come, other countries such as the US will benefit. Not only is a strong dollar going to become stronger (the Sterling pound already plunged more than 7%) but real estate values could go up as demand for US real estate will increase. Major markets like NYC and Miami have seen a slow down in the higher end market because of a strong dollar and weak foreign economies however, better tax incentives for foreign investors and uncertainty about Europe will help the US real estate market.
