Main application area of inverted fluorescence microscope

Inverted fluorescence microscope is mainly used for scientific researching of cell and other viable tissue, since those objectives has fluorescence characteristic or different to initialize its perspective. Inverted fluorescence microscope can proving good fluorescent imaging and phase contrast function.

The microscope is designed to adapt more requirement of biologic and clinic lines. During the research, scientists have to cultivate viable tissue, cell, plankton and etc. They are widely used on environment protecting. food inspection and etc.

All of the cultivate objectives have to be put in culture dish or bottle. It requires microscope has long working distance both of objectives and condensers, so that people can have a study of the cultivate stuff directly.

Because the needs of long working distance, all positions of objectives, condensers and illumination have to be inverted. So we call the microscope to be inverted microscope. The simple inverted microscope just can be used to study specimen with transparent and colorless. If we add some fluorescence units such as fluorescence illumination or excitation system, then we can go with fluorescence imaging. By this combine, there was come into being a inverted fluorescence microscope.
