You know when someone is fake by the way they talk and act.

I was watching his interview and what he has done and his body language, the way he talks with passion about what he survived all checks out.
I mean most of the things that he overcame are unbelievable but still doable if(!) one has that same mindset.

The mindset of being unbreakable, being the best and being unstoppable.
What more one needs?

The One Arm Push Up... ROCKYYY!

In this article I listed all of the exercises that helped me achieve the one arm push up.

Basically all you need is to do a lot of elevated one arm push ups(which is really easy compared to the normal one arm push ups) until you are able to do the normal ones.

Back to the basics...

Here is a simple tutorial, too simple actually, that explains the various exercises that you can challenge yourself after mastering the half leg raise.
For me, this exercise is very fundamental because it helped me run faster and jump higher while I was playing basketball.

And currently it's helping me build up strength in my core muscles.
I've listed only the basic ones here, the list can go forever...

Shoulder dislocates...

I'm having kinda love-hate relationship with HS.

And this time I'm focusing on the love.

By doing shoulder dislocates I'm opening my shoulder joints more.

Which will allow me one day to do a straight line handstand.
