LIARS AND CHEATS LOOK LIKE ANGELS COMPARE TO THEM SLITRY SNAKE CHRIS HARRIS SOLD ME A JUNK CAR THAT I RETURNED . SELLING A CAR LIKE THAT IS ILLEGAL!!! I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND HAD TO SCREAM FOR MY MONEY BACK THE MANAGER AL IS A SNAKE AS WELL WHO GAVE ME PORTION OF MY MONEY BACK AND MONEY . FOLKS THIS IS A BAD PLACE THAT HAVE OVER 90 CASES OF FRAUD IN THE OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PLACE PLEASE THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!!

"LIER, CHEATER, NON-TRUSTWORTHY" PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF FROM TROUBLE. I spoke to agents and were that they have a car i need in stock. Once I get there (about 30 minutes later), they say "they don't have it in stock. Would you be interested in a different car?". They were so sweet before making a deal that you might get a "Diabetes" but their true devil saw once i signed contract. I was getting a good price deal based on car features so i agreed to get SantaFe instead of Tuscan. Once i went to pick up the car, I realized that i was not getting a good deal. Four promised features were missing from car (worth around $500) in addition to that car had 200 miles on it. I refused to take delivery. They promised me to install all four items and give few free oil change. I took delivery of the car and went to install missing items. They installed 2 (cheapest of 4 -worth around $100) but refused to install other 2 (worth around $400). They said "it was not included in car price". What a LIER?. Talked to general manager as well but guess what….his first word was "you got a good deal" he also said "he will give me discount on parts but could not install 2 items"..what a hypocrites?. You might think you are getting good deal but spare your thought. You will never get a good deal from these cheaters. I have everything written in their own handwriting and they are saying that "items were not included in price", "they did not promise anything", sales person Dominic "you had made deal with sales manager, so you should talk to him - i am not aware of it (in fact, he was present all the time)". PLEASE DON'T GO TO LYNESS HYUNDAI IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM TROUBLE, STRESS, AND WASTE OF TIME. AGAIN, YOU MIGHT THINK YOU ARE GETTING GOOD DEAL BUT YOU ARE NOT. My experience has been so bad that i would say i would never buy HYUNDAI VEHICLE in my life and would advice same to my friends and family members. I DONT WANT ANY OF YOU TO PASS THROUGH WHAT I DID. PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID LYNESS HYUNDAI AT ALL COST. IF YOU CANT, PLEASE CONSIDER MY ADVICE. Advice: 1. Get everything in writing (record if possible) during negotiation as they will "YES" to everything but wont fulfill their promise. 2. Check car before taking delivery (they will have car in warehouse and ask you to sign finance paper). NEVER DO IT. 3. Check mileage before signing anything. 4. Do not take car delivery without all promised features even THEY PROMISE IN WRITING TO INSTALL AFTER. TRUST ME THEY WONT DO IT. 5. If you buy any additional insurance, demand insurance paper first or Avoid buying at all.

BAD BAD BAD customer service ever.. Bought a car through them just over a month ago, i'm new to this country so didn't have good credit history at all. On my part the first thing i made sure was to tell them about the situation and make it clear that i don't HAVE TO finance the car, i can pay it all if that's the end resolution. Agreed on a price with the salesperson for the certified car and paid about 60% of the amount right away. Send me to the finance officer for the rest of it, who then hurried me up into signing paperwork. As a customer he didn't even bother to try and help me make the decision and didn't provide me with a choice. As it was about time for them to shut down the place, he kept telling me he provided me a good finance rate, which would have been a lot more then if he didn't negotiate(Added extra $1000 on loan) with bank. Then sold me a warranty by saying it covers everything on the car for $2000 which i later found out to be mostly mechanical problems only. So overall i ended up getting finance because officer was not clear and was in a rush to get out. I ended up paying more money then i had to. Only if he knew what duty of care means toward a client/customer, he would have told me to make a decision to pay Cash or finance with giving Pros and Cons for both. Oh and did i mention i never really got the price that me and salesperson agreed upon??? In the end same reason was used to tell me that they HAD to up the price to get me a finance.

Horrendous. I spoke to two agents and told there was a specific car in stock. I told then I would be coming only for that specific car. Lo and behold when I get there, they say "they read it wrong and they don't have it in stock. Would you be interested in a different car?" Wow. Lying just to get a customer in the door. Poor form and poor morals. I feel like although it's a bad stereotype, you hope there are still good dealerships out there. This one is not.

Told me to go see the Lexus RX 350 in a specific color and price amount, drove almost an hour to be shown a completely different vehicle. Was upset, but just told them that I did not come for that car, and left. Got a call on my cellphone 10 minutes later telling me to come back to see the right car. Almost at the Parkway, I decide to return. Was greeted by a different sales rep. I was taken by another sales rep to drive "up the road to their Nissan" location. The phone rang, and the sales rep answered. It was another sales rep telling us to come back, that the car was an hour away in "its other Nissan" location. Oops, they got "confused" again. So, we were told that the car is really nice and that we will see it. They told us to expect a call from Tiffany to schedule another appointment. Lo and behold, one week later, I'm still waiting for Tiffany to call me and schedule yet another time to see the vehicle. There is no respect for people's time here. I had a terrible experience.

I love the car. It is exactly what I wanted and Joe Cassese went out of his way to get the car I wanted. A wonderful experience. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly.

They will spare no effort in making your life miserable and charging you extra money. At no time during shopping for, purchasing, or owning my car for two years did they inform me that their free tire replacement for life program did not cover my vehicle. Fast forward to now when my to my surprise I now have to pay for expensive directional staggared tires. And they only wanted to cover the cheaper front tires and only once. I have been a loyal customer for two years, and went out of my way to get to their service department which is 10 miles away for me and they just threw it in my face. Do not expect much from this place.

The worst Service Center ever, with the most unprofessional and untrained employees. Not to mention their poor communications skills and lack of people skills. If you don't want to feel annoyed and stressed out do not do business with them, take it elsewhere.
