They will spare no effort in making your life miserable and charging you extra money. At no time during shopping for, purchasing, or owning my car for two years did they inform me that their free tire replacement for life program did not cover my vehicle. Fast forward to now when my to my surprise I now have to pay for expensive directional staggared tires. And they only wanted to cover the cheaper front tires and only once. I have been a loyal customer for two years, and went out of my way to get to their service department which is 10 miles away for me and they just threw it in my face. Do not expect much from this place.

The worst Service Center ever, with the most unprofessional and untrained employees. Not to mention their poor communications skills and lack of people skills. If you don't want to feel annoyed and stressed out do not do business with them, take it elsewhere.

In the beginning, I liked their service, but their charges are not cheap. Also I liked their life time tire warranty program. But sales did not disclosure one condition that you have to have regular services like oil change and tire rotation service without failure. If you missed a regular service they would deny tire life time warranty program. So you need to be extremely careful... So I do not go to their service any more and I will not recommend them any longer. I had purchased Veracruz and Genesis from them. I will search for other place for next models.

Immediately pursuing legal action ASAP for the illegal and unethical sale of a car to us. Don't trust these guys and finance manager Carlos is the biggest jerk ever. They did not disclose information on the condition of the car fax.

Horrendous. I spoke to two agents and told there was a specific car in stock. I told then I would be coming only for that specific car. Lo and behold when I get there, they say "they read it wrong and they don't have it in stock. Would you be interested in a different car?" Wow. Lying just to get a customer in the door. Poor form and poor morals. I feel like although it's a bad stereotype, you hope there are still good dealerships out there. This one is not.

These people are liars and cheats. They sold my a crap used car. They knew it was defective and put a temp fix on the car. Now, going to cost me atleast 900$ to fix the car and that's if nothing else goes wrong. They are terrible people they knowingly sold a junk car to a cancer patient. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I would never buy a car from this place ever again I bought a used car back in 2011 the car was only 3 years old with 21000 miles three months later the motor was shot... ofcourse they wanted nothing to do with it I had to go through Infinity but warranty was voided do to bad maintenance on the car it had only one oil change the records show it... How can they sell a car like this? I had no car for a month before finally getting it fixed 3000 out of my pocket... I now have a Hyundai Elantra I bought from Brad Benson I drove over an hour to get it when Lynns is only 5 minutes away from me... Now on my new Elantra the light bulb went out on the passenger side witch is very difficult to get to because of a fuse box that is in its way... I called Lynns to see if the could do it the told me light bulbs are under warranty for only one year or 12000 miles and that is fine but this is when Lynns is Lynns I asked how much it would cost the service guy said 60.00 dollars... So I said ti him to remove three bolts? he said its not only that the headlamp is held on the bottom as well so I figured that there was some work involved. I took it upon my self to verify that this was a fact... Guess what not a fact at all it took me 8 minutes to get three screws out and get the lamp out and remove the bulb and replace. They are never up front with you would never get a car from here I rather drive an hour away... Two Thumbs way DOWN for you LYNNS Hyundai

I want to express my thanks to Lynnes Hyundai and especially to John Foster, the salesman I was fortunate enough to meet there. He was courteous, kind, friendly and extremely efficient. He put me at ease from the moment I met him and was able to answer any questions I had about the 2015 Sonata. I am also going back as he is going to now show me how to use all the extra features I have on the car. I appreciate him taking the time out of his day to help me, not many people would do that. I was also impressed with the honesty , integrity and straightforward approach John and his manager had with selling a car. I don't like to play games. I would recommend John and Lynnes Hyundai to anyone who wants to feel as comfortable and at ease as I was through the whole process. Many thanks ! John, you're the best!
