9. Eliminate wheat for two weeks and see what happens.

Entire books have been written about modern versions of wheat do to your body and your health, so I refrain from repeating that information in detail here.

I will say that I have seen entire lives change simply from removing this one substance from their diet.

I simply ask that you try the experiment for yourself and see what happens. Fourteen days. You can do that. 

I suspect you will feel less bloated, lose weight (especially around the stomach), and generally feel more clearheaded.
