Had a small worm in our wine. It was solved by "oh I didn't see that" and a new glass. Common fricken courtesy is to at least not charge for the $9 glass of moscato if the first damn attempt had a worm in it. Would have gotten over the unreasonably long wait but was hard looking at every bite to make sure there weren't more worms.

Hi Kyle. We have been trying to get to the bottom of this since it is such a strange occurrence - one that we have never encountered before or since. We apologize if this happened to you. We tend to use all of our champagne flutes nightly. They are run through a commercial dishwasher, sanitized and hand-dried before they are returned to the shelf. None of our bartenders seem to be familiar with this incident, so we expect it is not something we will see again. .

This was our favourite place in Savanna. If you don't mind admitting you're a little hedonistic, this is the place for you. Also, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. They're the best!

Was worried things had changed from the reviews but it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Service was friendly and our desserts and martinis finished our evening off perfectly.

This is the spot if you have a sweet tooth even if a little pricey. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Creative alcoholic and delicious drinks.

Warning! Worst costumer service, absolutely rude. I came to this "establishment" yesterday with my family and have never been treated so disrespectfully. I have numerous complaints. I came in with my fiancé, his mother, sister and her husband. Party of five, average age of 30. All the seats were filled except at the bar, with total of 10 stools, but a friendly couple were sitting in the middle, so four stools on each side of the them. Our first interaction with the staff when we approached the bar was a comment from one saying, "Are you all even old enough to sit here?" We were surprised to hear this, but really what happened next was the worst of it. My fiancé was simply going to move a stool from one side of the couple, to the other side, to seat our party of five. When one of baristas, was apparently so flabbergasted and offended at our efforts to sit down, he rudely scolded my partner by saying, "Uhh...ummmmmmm, that chair belongs at the bar...." This may seem like a minor comment when read in text, but in person his delivery was loaded with such attitude and animosity, as if we were personally hurting him by trying to accommodate our family. I tried explaining to this man that we were only moving it from one side to the other, that it would indeed remain "at the bar" but he completely ignored me and instead, told the nice couple who were minding their own business to move down a seat, to accommodate us. That was entirely unnecessary and unprofessional. While the rest of our party were still trying to decide what to order, my soon to be mother-in-law asked about one of your menu items, inquiring about the ingredients to one of the baristas and he told her to simply read the name of the dish that was on the board... As if that would answer her question, which obviously, it didn't. She understands what the name of the dish is. That was not her question. But the barista treated her like she was an imbecile. We just ended up leaving with out ordering a thing. 0/10- would NOT recommend to anyone.

This place gets a lot of hype, and we were excited to try it. But their system to text you when a table is ready really doesn't work, and they were unsympathetic and unhelpful after it failed. I'm sure the food and drinks are good inside, but I'd go at noon on Tuesday or whenever there isn't a wait.
Response from the owner - a week ago
Hi Nick, We're sorry the text didn't come through for you. We try to ensure we have the correct phone number when entering your information in the NoWait app. Perhaps it wasn't in your case. We have been using the app for years, seating hundreds of people per weekend, but you are right - If you want to come in without a wait, come before 7pm. It also happens to be Happy Hour until 7. We hope you give us another shot in the future. In the meantime, we appreciate your candid feedback.

By far the best place we ate dessert on our trip. My wife and I split a cheesecake and "fancy" chocolate milk. Great place to relax but service is a little on the slow side so skip if you're in a hurry
