I'm a regular conference host and speaker on all things 'social' in the UK, US and Asia. I also run social media training courses and write for Our Social Times, econsultancy, The Social Customer and various other 'social business' publications.

Not very good treatment - then out of the blue they said I'd missed appointments and would need to change dentist. No reminders, no courtesy call - just a quick way of shedding NHS patients. I'm more than happy to move - but still, it leaves a bad taste.
