Obsolescence doesn’t make old gadgets disappear, but it does make people forget about them. And that’s a problem. A new U.N. report shows that the volume of e-waste worldwide will rise 33 percent by 2017 to 65.4 million tons. A lot of the issue comes from the United States, which...

I'm immensely interested to see how this moves forward.

Introduction
I want to do everything. Eventually, I'll have spread myself so thin that I won't be able to move. Someone will come by and fold me into an airplane, and then I'll finally be able to fly.

Chicken Amok was fantastic as was the Pineapple-Apple-Ginger juice. Calamari was very good, but I'd try something different next time. And what you hear about reservations is true. Lunch is pretty open, but dinner is 100% packed. Book early.

Beef Lok Lak was great, and the sauce they served it with made it even better. Great service, too.

[It's unclear if I'm reviewing the proper listing, so I'm going to say explicitly that I'm reviewing Special Pho.] The pho contains incredibly soft fresh noodles, and a delicious broth that brought the bowl to my lips for the dregs, but was otherwise a bit sparse. The fat brisket was okay, but I'd opt for something else next time. Also encouraging was the fact that it was filled with locals during lunchtime. They serve an excellent Vietnamese coffee. If this were a café, I'd give it a five.

Don't be turned off by the peeling paint of the truck and poorly printed menus, passing this place up (as I've done for months) is a huge mistake. I'm not great fan of Jerk Chicken, but this place single-handedly managed to turn me. For $8.50 I received a huge serving of jerked chicken just ready to fall off the bone, smothered in an incredible jerk sauce that I was may or may not have licked off the plate afterwards in a moment of desperation. The only downside to the meal was that they chopped the chicken before they served it, while on the bone, which meant more little pieces of bone to pick off the meat. I'll ask them to refrain in the future, but it's worth the extra effort if it doesn't pan out. The lunch special also included two sides, rice and steamed cabbage by default, although they have other items including fried plantains on the menu. Rice diligently sopped up the extra jerk sauce and was worth the price of lunch by itself. Cabbage was bland, but what do you expect from steamed cabbage? I'll be back; That Oxtail Stew was eyeing me as I was paying.

This hotel has been nothing short of amazing. Started with a complimentary welcome drink, ended with exceptionally tasty Khmer Pancakes at the comfortable open air restaurant. Rooms were clean, and the fridge was kept stocked with bottled water. Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. No complaints.

As a native New Yorker, I have snobby standards for my dogs. So I'm happy to report that Spike's take on the old frankfurter is amazing. It's a topping based experience that you can customize to your heart's content, but their straight from the menu deviations are meat based alchemy. It's one of those places so unique, that I make sure to swing by every time I pass through Boston.
