Just think of all the damage done! Glad I've never had one - too much sugar for me.

The sports drinks may have less than 20 grams of sugar but the energy drinks have a whole bunch of stuff I don't even know what they are.
 
For me, 20 grams of sugar is a lot. Have to watch every carb (diabetic).

Better to just have water and even the flouride in tap water is good for the teeth.
