PLEASE VOTE for “Reimagine Waste” this Saturday, June 16th. You can vote online at getinvolved.london.ca/NDM (all day) or at your local library (10 am - 4 pm). Voting is easy: you can do it online, there are no voter cards, and no ID is required. Anyone can vote - and children can vote, too! Reimagine Waste is idea #4922 on the ballot paper for Neighbourhood Decision Making, an initiative of the City of London.

“Reimagine Waste” will be a Zero Waste Community Space at 211 King St (ground floor of the old Novack's Building). This summer, we will activate the space as a demonstration hub for the growing zero waste movement in London with workshops, film screenings, an art hive, the community-built "2050 Ocean" installation, and much more! We are so excited to see what this space will become and to do this, we need your help! WE NEED YOUR VOTES!!!

If we win the public vote, this funding will help us create dynamic, educational and collaborative activities with a focus on making London a more sustainable, earth-conscious community. We're working hard to provide these amazing resources for our city, and we hope you will consider supporting us with your vote. Please share this post, and please tell your friends and family to vote for us too!

Thanks everyone for the great event last Saturday. The Resilient Cities conference exceeded all my expectations. I learned a lot.

As promised, here is the link to my presentation to some of you who expressed interest. The last slides contain some reference links:
