Mike sold my first home in a very short time frame. I asked Mike to help me buy another. He listened to what I wanted. When I moved overseas I did not hesitate to have lucky star properties manage it as a rental.
All my dealings with Mike and Brandon have been pleasant and professional. I would and have recommended them to others for both selling and rental.

Overall, my experience with the property managers have been great. I've had little maintenance requests that have had to be put in. With that being said, our AC went out on the house on 8/10/14. It is now 7:15 pm on 8/19/14 and we still have not had our AC fixed. I realize they only represent the home owner and hold ups are largely on the part of the homeowner not agreeing to pay the first service tech, but my wife is 6 months pregnant and a stay at home mom with 2 small children at home. Something needs to be done!!!! Up until this point I would have given them 4 stars, but based on the response here it has dropped to 2 stars and we are still not good yet, so it may drop farther. At what point does a property manager say, "Hey we need to fix this situation and get our money back from the homeowner." But I guess crisis mediation isn't covered by their staff. I will keep this up to date with more information for possible future residents.


Update:

AC was fixed and a reduction in rent was granted that was more than satisfactory. I have changed my stars from 2 to 5 based on my knowledge as I am not an easy person to get along with when things are going wrong and they responded professionally. I appreciate Brandon and Austin very much for this.
