Great place for pizza! Except for the parking lot being too full, the experience was great. I brought friends from out of town and they wanted to ship more back to Pittsburgh. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pizza place to show off Chicago style pizza

I've been going here for 30 years. I just love the pizza. It's not for everyone, and I can't eat it like I used to, but I'll keep coming back. It's crazy on weekends, but lunchtime or weekdays are good. Always good for carry-out, too.

My husband and I drive by this place frequently. We heard great reviews about it but we avoided going for a long time because of the cost. We eventually ended up ordering the pizza for our anniversary. We had 'the Lou', which is a veggie pizza. We also ordered garlic bread, which comes with Marinera sauce. The box was sturdy and the plastic bag was quite strong. I was impressed. Upon opening the box, that is where the hopes diminished. The pizza looked wet and did not look mouth watering. It tasted true to its looks. It was soggy and there appeared to be no pizza sauce on it. Just a thick dough with cheese and veggies. Considering it's great reputation, I thought it would taste amazing, but there was no flavor at all besides yeast. Very rarely do I eat something and end up regretting it afterwards bcs of poor taste, but this was one of those times. My husband comments were "Don't you think it's missing something? I don't know why so many people love their pizza...and, We should have ordered a small." We ordered a large thinking we would eat it for two meals. Perhaps we just got served a bad pizza and everyone else really had delicious pizza? If that is the case, then I am more disappointed that they gave us and made us pay a lot of money for this pizza. They not only fail on taste, but quality. I wish we did not choose to eat at Lou Malnati's, especially not for an anniversary. We were very disappointed.

Nice place for a family and/or date outing! Alma was our server and she was excellent! Our appetizers came out late, but her manager personally appologized for the inconvenience and marked the item off our bill, great hospitality! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone craving deep dish chicago style pizza.

Another top of the mark pizza place. Of course deep dish is the way to go here. If you a planning a party this is also a great place to look at as they have great prices and the service is phenomenal.

The food and service were amazing!!! They served our group of 20, at 10:30 at night and gave us free pizza when something got screwed up. This was a truly wonderful place to eat!
