We came here to let our friend from new york try our famous lou malnati's pizza. He enjoyed it and the service was awesome! The manager and Amy (our server) were very accommodating and friendly. They provided us with excellent costumer service! I will go back here again and will invite more family and friends to try it as well. Overall experience was amazing like their brownie sundae! Amazing!

It was too long since I had Lou Malnati's pizza and I'm not going to make that mistake again. They're known for their deep dish but the thin crust is amazing as well. It's perfectly crisp and buttery. I was in the mood for something extra spicy so I went with pepperoni and giardiniera for toppings. The giardiniera was one of the best I ever had. I wished they bottled it for sale. The pizza hit the spot. I can't wait to have my next pizza from Lou's.

This place was recommended as having the best deep dish in the city. It was good but...being from the East Coast where Pizza is made to be eaten on a paper plate, deep dish just didn't do it for me. The pizza process takes between 30-40mins so if you are starving ordering apps is a must. The service was great but I just don't get the allure of deep dish pizza.

Girls weekend getaway we decided to try it out. We called in advance but they do not take any reservation so we arrived at about 2PM on a Saturday. The hostess told us it would be a 45min wait but gave us the option to order in advance so our food will be ready as soon as our seats were. They took down my name and phone number and said that they would call us once our seats are ready. It was a beautiful day with lots to do around so we decided to walk around for a bit. Within 25-30min they called & texted to notify us that our seats were ready. Waited about another 15 min and our food was ready. Lts just say it was deeeeeeeeelicious and well worth the wait.

This is by far the best pizza I have ever had. I have been to Geno's twice and the pizza was good but not even close to Lou Malnati's. I live in Dallas and I even have these delivered to the house a couple of times a year. Even traveling from Chicago to Dallas the pizza is still amazing. Yes, to everyone's point the wait is long (at least an hour) but the pizza is worth it. I have seen a lot of negative comments about the service but the times I have been there the service has been good. Anyone who is in Chicago for business or pleasure this is a must.

A Great Slice! Loved the pizza - good service - long wait (but they allow you to pre-order the pie while you wait so it isn't so long when you get to the table) - only negative was where they sat us - not a great location for a table - almost seemed like they just randomly squeezed in a table where it didn't belong and it made both of us uncomfortable. (it was against a half wall in a corner and on the other side of the half wall was a bench that people were sitting on waiting for their table - in the main walkway - and across the walkway was the bar - so it wasn't remotely ideal to be eating with people's back of their heads pushed up next to our table.) oh well, you win some, you lose some - I would just refuse that table in future as the pizza and service was very good.

I can't put my finger on why, but the pizza just didn't do it for me. I missed tomato sauce, and wanted the cheese to taste stronger. We also had the chicken dish (cheese and pasta) and really didn't like it - bland cheese, an enormous mountain of pasta in a sauce with little flavour, it got boring very quickly.

Deep dish is OK here. Sauce is basically whole tomatoes quartered. I prefer sauce, not whole tomatoes. The sausage layer is just that. An entire, practically one inch thick layer of sausage that covers the entire pie. Could only eat one slice before I began to feel it wanting to reverse course back up my esophagus. Thin crust knocked our socks off. Light crispy crust with incredible cheese. It was amazing. This place without a doubt beats Giordanos and other similar restaurants.
