So we are now at over 22 hours of downtime with a VM at +ProfitBricks Germany
. Support can so far not tell me when its going to be fixed and takes hours to respond, if they respond at all.
Their SLA talks about 99,95% availability, which translates to 4.38 hours of downtime per year.
I'm not going to vent my anger publicly or say anything other than facts, since I have no interest in meeting anybodys legal department. I would like to help fellow sysadmins to make a good decision about their hosting provider, you can of course contact me for my personal opinion and advice.
