Why should I show proof of concept of my business and services? Ep21

Wait What Really Ok Podcast Episode 21 hosted by Business Advisor, Speaker and Author, Loren Weisman, covers the reason why showcasing your proof of concept is key for your reputation, your sales and your presentation.

If you are delivering services that you need, stay away from the laziness of claiming you don’t have time to do it for yourself and you can only do it for others. By showcasing your services with yourself or your services, product or business in a shining way with someone else, you make your pitch that much easier and you make your professionalism shine that much more.

Present your craft or service in yourself and the promotion of it, to showcase the professionalism, the presentation and the example of your work.

In any case by presenting what you preach as you are practicing what you preach… or for that matter, showing clear and full examples of your work with others… you move beyond the fluff of the sell and the hype, and spotlight the foundation of the exacts, the details and the results.

Show that proof through you or through the clients that can best represent you. That model and that presentation will bring that much more your way and help you stand out well above others.

Am I sharing too much information online? A few signs its too much. EP19

Wait What Really Ok Podcast Episode 19 hosted by Business Advisor, Speaker and Author, Loren Weisman, discusses the dangers and realities of sharing too many pictures, videos and pieces of personal information online. From websites to social media pages, divulging too much can end up being costly and dangerous.

By taking those extra seconds and putting in a few extra thoughts before posting something that could make it extra easy to find out information about you, your family or friends that should not be public knowledge, it can help your overall privacy exponentially.

Also, realizing that something posted might not come down with just deleting that picture or post, the more you think privacy and security, the less you might choose to put up that picture or that piece of information.

I am a result of my failure. Understanding what went wrong. Ep17

Wait What Really Ok Podcast Episode 17 hosted by Business Advisor, Speaker and Author, Loren Weisman, talks about the concepts of understanding the elements that created failure in order to have a better understanding of how to create success in the future.

The analytics of failure can provide so much more information than the basics of success when you think about it. With many successes and certain things going right, it may not be completely clear what was working or how it came together to work for you. But in failure, and in the understanding and analyzing of failure, it can be a great tool to know that much more about what went wrong and how to make it right.

Some talk about learning from their mistakes, while others just try to forget them. When something goes wrong, take the opportunity to dig in a little deeper and explore exactly what happened. And while it is a good idea to do the same with success, sometimes those examples, those patterns and those problems can allow you to identify the issues you had that much easier.

In turn, allowing you to never make the same mistakes again.

Small town marketing mindsets will only hold your business back. EP14

Wait What Really Ok Podcast Episode 14, hosted by Business Advisor, Speaker and Author, Loren Weisman, discusses the ideas around small town marketing mindsets and the reason why they can be so destructive to smaller businesses. By taking the initiative to organize, optimize and strategize a branding and marketing plan that many push a little further out, it will allow for the promotion, marketing and advertising to have that much greater conversions and results closer to home.

Its not about thinking too big, but it is about thinking and planning big enough to reach the widest array of an audience to make sure that your local business is getting the sales, profits and support.

When you market too tightly and with too limited a range, you oversaturate an area, its media which can make people look past you. By building and marketing your brand to a wider and more extended audience, you grow the chances and the promotional opportunities to be seen, to have stories done on you and to become that much more engaging.

The results will engage more people, more media and more promotional opportunities right in your back yard, as well as a few towns or even states away.

How much time should I spend creating content for the best results? Ep20

Wait What Really Ok Podcast Episode 20 hosted by Business Advisor, Speaker and Author, Loren Weisman, digs in to the questions around how much time and effort should be put in to creating content for the best results.

From scheduling time in your content kitchen to not needing to make every meal of content a five start experience, the idea of long term, sustaining nourishment is much better than making an amazing meal once a week.

Aligning templates, editorial calendars and the occasional use of videographers, photographers and editors can be useful, but still, the consistent content coming from you on a regular basis will do so much more in the end for your results, conversions and profits.

How do you get booked on talk shows, TV shows and podcasts? Ep18

Wait What Really Ok Podcast Episode 18 hosted by Business Advisor, Speaker and Author, Loren Weisman, covers some of the key points, issues and tips for getting bookings on podcasts, radio shows, TV shows and other talk shows. Even if you have the best information, it is crucial to showcase how you would be the best guest to deliver it.

From the presentation of your solicitation to examples of how you sound, appear and interview, the more you have prepared and organized in order to showcase how you would be a great guest, the more opportunities will follow.

As you step in to the shoes of the show, the host or the producers, it is key to deliver the proof that you would be a good choice. Just sending an email and asking to be on a show is not going to work and yet, so many people take that approach every day.

The organization, the information, the links and even having questions prepared as well as delivering the specific reasons why you would make a great guest will help convert more asks to interviews and the chance to reach a larger audience with each show.

Before you take the jump in to business. Make sure you got the right plane to jump from, the right parachute to support you and the best spot to land.
Premature launching of projects, concepts and businesses…
with out the correct aspects of preparing, planning and promoting…
is exactly why the extended results, conversions and sales are so poor.
That immediate excitement, attention and awareness doesn’t last if you don’t have the branding, the marketing and the content to maintain endurance, continuity and engagement.

And if you need some help with that planning, take off, jump or landing, fill out my initial question form for a free consult:http://lorenweisman.com/question-form

How do you run a political campaign on social media effectively? EP13

Wait What Really Ok Podcast Episode 13, hosted by Business Advisor, Speaker and Author, Loren Weisman, looks over the ideas of campaigning in todays social media environment. With a presidential election only a couple months away along with many seats up for grabs on both state and national levels, this episode looks at some of the best approaches to take online for a candidate today.

More often than not, the social media following of any given candidate is by those that are already voting for that candidate or those that may be spying on that candidate. This is even more of a reason to expand the online approach and engage those voters that are for you, those voters that are up in the air and even those voters that are against you.

By using social media to connect, engage and communicate correctly, a political campaign can thrive and reach that much further to that many more people today.

Dr. Nick pays attention, listens and reviews better than anyone else in the area. He is looking to solve an issue instead of the "crack and come back" mentality. He explained and walked through everything he did and relieved a great deal of tightness in the first visit alone. Dr. Nick gave me stretches and watched me perform them to make sure I was doing them right. The massage therapist took a healing and recovery approach over just rubbing the sore spots. Working to repair for the long term instead of only relieve in the short term. I look forward to my next visit and am more impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and care than any other chiropractor in the area.

A warm and simple atmosphere, this bakery has an excellent array of choices. The latte was superb and the coffee cake with apples was soft, balanced and crumbled just like you would want it to. Filling, but not heavy. Perfectly spiced and fresh...as well as not overwhelmed with sugar or cinnamon. I can easily say, best coffee cake, hands down. Add to that, a warm and welcoming staff that engages you and you have a spot worth visiting over and over.

Fresh shrimp, tasty scallops, excellent clams and delicious mussels on top of a bed of creamy risotto with this terrific cream sauce. Top notch taste and a great sized serving. The Dulce de Leche bread pudding is so good, its just wrong! Great staff, fun atmosphere and a good time all around.

By far the coolest name for a pit stop type store. Very clean bathrooms, nice people working there, but most of all, just gotta love the name.

Completely disappointed with the service, the professionalism, the prices and the food. Two days earlier, we reserved on open table, only to get a call four hours later stating our time was no longer available. Upon visiting to see about availability, a very nice woman was able to get us a table for Friday night. She was professional and on top of it, but the rest of the experience was nothing short of horrible. Going upstairs to the bar to wait for our table, we began to sit down at the bar, where the bartender barked at us that the seat was taken and then ignored us for five minutes. I understand about seats being taken, but the reaction was rude, uncalled for and insulting. In going back down stairs, we were sat very nicely at a table outside for drinks. The woman at the front even lit the heater and got us a couple drinks and our table a little early. That was the highlight of the night. After that the service was incredibly slow and it was at point where the room was far from capacity. The burratta dish was bland and liquidish and the steak was less than average. The prices no where near matched the quality and I am very confused as to all the high marks. We were advised that it was a hit or miss place and it was with no doubt a miss. The atmosphere is very nice, the wine selection is broad and solid, but the experience as a whole was not worth the time or the expense. We really wanted to have a great experience and a great dinner, but it did not happen.

This is a great down and dirty Irish pub. Much more than just the student hang out some think it is. Good menu, great drinks and a great feel. Harpo made this place the right way and everytime I can get back, I stop in.

It was amazing to see it first hand and walk around Dealy Plaza. The displays are well put together and bring back a piece of history, but it also is very one sided and doesnt take in to consideration the aspects of the controversy surrounding the reports. The photos are amazing, the view from the seventh floor is incredible and strange all at once, but again, the information seems very tempered to the single gunman theory and lacks the consideration of all the different reports.
