We are setting out on a 338 mile backpacking adventure up the path of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. As we enjoy our green lawns and swimming pools in Los Angeles, what are the consequences affecting others 338 miles away?

Good advice as we consider changes and resolutions tonight and into the next year.
We all know people who like to try to drag us back to a past we worked hard to evolve beyond. They would be a particularly good thing to leave behind in 2017. ;)

Our government's attitudes toward conservation may not reflect the public's values.
He is trying to rewrite the rules in the benefit of corporations, especially energy companies, then the American people get stuck with the health problems and an ugly environment. Alternately, they get stuck cleaning up superfunds after corporations have polluted, made their money, and left. This is not envirmentalism it is crony capitutalism at the tax payers expense.

Kudos to these children who won't take "you're too young to make a difference" for an answer!
