I think the problem is that in order to create the "vortex" the nozzle has to be pointed slightly to the side so the air will spin around the bucket for a bit then out the hole in the bottom. The way you have it now the air is going to all try to flow out the hole at once but get caught on the sides and flow back up the walls of the bucket. That's why the thing always kicks your hair out.

Holy crap woman I would like to see your sources because you have your facts all wrong. Almost nothing you said in that video was true.
1. An RFID chip needs an RFID reader to be powered so it can’t be an around the clock gps. Plus most RFID tags can only work from only inches away from the reader.
2. The RFID being injected in the veins is at the fault of the doctor not the RFID chip.
3. Right now they are mostly used as a replacement to barcodes in shipping and manufacturing that’s why they are in clothes, computers, phones, and in probably most medical equipment not just syringes.
4. I don’t know where you got that they cause cancer but the inner electronics are completely incased in the glass and therefore cannot inject chemicals into your body.
5. In the picture that you show you can see that the device is mostly made up of a coil. That is where the electromagnetic field comes into play. the coil picks up the field that is given off by the RFID reader and converts it back into energy for the chip to use then that chip uses that energy to send a id number back to the reader. This process is similar to how generators or the power supply in the computer you used to make this video work and neither of those things cause cancer.
6. All the chip does is give the reader an id number. Now if the person who reads the chip wants to check the number against a database then he is probably a doctor and is trying to get important info about your medical history so he doesn’t kill you. He will also probably check your number against a database that the public doesn’t have access to so not just anyone could access your info.
7. You would have to sign up for a database like this otherwise they cannot guarantee it would be accurate. You could move to another doctor who doesn’t know you have the chip and therefore doesn't log updated info into the database.
8. Have you seen the needle that is used to inject the chip? It has to inject a rice grain so there is no way you could do that discreetly.

In the video you sound like you are in an auditorium of some kind. I hope this wasn’t a large presentation because to me you seem ignorant on the subject and I hope what I wrote above will help clarify the misconceptions about RFID tags.
If you any questions feel free to contact me on google+.
