Incredible product that immediately hides wrinkles and eye puffiness via peptides and 2 different minerals.  Seriously, it really works! www.timelessessence.ca   #wrinkles   #antiaging   #health   #beauty

An important read.  Thanks Ray.

Read my article on civilian casualties in war in the Washington Post
Since World War I, civilian deaths have become a larger proportion of war casualties.

I can see that.  Think about how easy it is to consume a box of pop corn while watching a movie!

Good to know.

Tim Ferriss is best known for rethinking traditional working life--like by reducing the 40 hour workweek to 4. Now, in his new T.V. show, the Tim Ferriss Experiment (which airs Sunday nights at 8 p.m. on HLN) he disassembles the rule that it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill.
Productivity guru Tim Ferriss eschews the idea the it takes months or years to learn a new skill. In his new TV show he proves it only takes a week...

Such a great place to go on a date or with friends!! The atmosphere is fantastic with a funky, cool interior, a live band that makes you want to dance, delicious food and drink, and attentive, fun staff. I'll be going back very soon!! Special thanks to the manager Carlos for making our experience Saturday night a memorable one!

Can't say enough about the great experience I had with all Phoenix staff. Very professional, nice people who do quality work. Kudos especially to Rocky who went above and beyond to make my suite look lovely.

One of the best massages I've ever had. Went to Chris Angerer for a stiff neck which was quite painful and he worked his magic which made me feel much better. He's also a master at stress relief held in the muscles for those of us with an overly busy lifestyle. The clinic is lovely and Chris makes you feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend!

T'Sala Spa is fantastic! I had my nails done by the lovely owner Santana Walker who gave me a beautiful manicure that lasted for a while. It's a comfortable, relaxing environment and the staff is all super nice. Highly recommended!

After a fantastic bike ride around the seawall last Saturday, my friends and I stopped at the Pirate Pub which is a favorite spot due to its amazing view and sunny patio. The food and drink there are always great and the servers are super friendly and efficient. In particular, most recently we were looked after by the pub's very fun GM, Luke Walsh who showed us an excellent time with great conversation and some tasty new drink options! Highly recommend them!!
