I love to see creative efforts inspired by games. The fact that it's a game I worked on ... in fact, the part I was just talking about on my blog the other day, the town of Highpool in Wasteland ... is pretty damn cool.

- Its funny the way the "actors" move :P
But i like the final outcome!Mar 23, 2012
- The odd movement is kinda the nature of earlier machinima and relies (as I understand it) on what "game" you are working with to control the "actors."
The game referenced here is the 1988 predecessor to this amazing project http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/inxile/wasteland-2.
I talk about my involvement in the first game in a recent blog post, to give you context: http://www.lizdanforth.com/2012/03/exciting-times/Mar 23, 2012
- No, this isn't really a machinima; there was a game by Peter Molyneux called The Movies. In it, you ran a lot and could make little movies as well. The movie making aspect wasn't the point of the game, so it's fairly limited. And the animation was terrible.
