"Just because I’m gay doesn’t mean I’m a girl."

The blatant homophobia of my straight female friends: http://ow.ly/6oO8305RvyU
The homophobia usually comes out when they are drunk or in church.

'In grade 11, a black teacher told me I looked nicer with relaxed hair. At the time I took it as a compliment without realising it wasn’t meant as one.'
It was black teachers and friends who made me feel bad about my hair.

I am white and let me tell you that I think real black hair looks much nicer in it's natural state to me. I have seen very pretty relaxed hair and weaves but I still think natural looks good. Be proud of it.
