Another magical day in Thailand as we bathed this magnificent creature. His name was Phu Sii and he was truly a gentle giant. If you come to Thailand and want to see elephants please visit a park like @TongBaiElephantTour where these special animals are treated with the care and respect they deserve.
I'm not a vegetarian...yet...but I have found myself having a lot more meatless meals since arriving in Thailand and I am realizing that I'm not really missing the meat. In an attempt to find more veggie options I've been scouring the internet and I found this great list of international recipes so of course I'm sharing them! http://travelstrong.net/high-protein-vegetarian-recipes/
One of our top experiences from our travels so far was a Cappadocia hot air balloon ride at sunrise. The surreal landscape, the peace and quiet of the early morning and the sight of almost 100 other balloons going from silhouette to vibrant colors was nothing lest than awe inspiring. http://ow.ly/XMz8v
