People are picky when it comes to apartments, honestly these apartments are really nice. Friendly staff and quiet area as well.

its okay, i moved in a few months ago, and fell in love with the landscape.they put a lot of work into property grounds, for aesthetic reasons...The apartment itself is a nice layout, which is my favorite thing. Very cozy. When i moved in however, the housekeeping did a poor job, and i noticed the floor was still dirty, as was a few other areas in the apt. Paint comes off very easily, opening my kids door pulls paint away from both the door and frame...the playground here has had some issues, one of which a maintenance worker used some poxy to patch holes, and didn't put up a sign. This stuff is obviously horrible for children, but no sign...and my daughter got some all over her pants. i told the office and they paged the maintenance worker who said he thought it would have dried by then. THANK GOD my daughter isnt too curious, i only imagine what would have happened if she put that in her mouth. ugh. irresponsible! the neighbors are okay, nothing too dramatic has happened since I moved in. very culturally divers, which is beautiful I think, everyone is very nice, but needs to stop playing such loud music at night or early morning. office staff are nice and friendly... i think they could use a better staff for cleaning and maintenance for sure. no doubt about that.

I moved to CA for work June 2010, after searching for a while i found timbers apartments, saw the place looked pretty nice. paid 1000 for S.D. and the move in special was 600 off 1st month rent. when i first moved in, there was at least 3 security cameras from the moment i get in the gate, and to my apartment. about a month later, ALL the security cameras are gone. things about the apartment: everything is very OLD. feels like i was living in the early 70's, I KID YOU NOT. place is very dirty, so is the kitchen floor to the point that i can't walk around in the kitchen barefoot with my skin get stuck on the floor. Walls are PAPER THIN!! every Wed. and Sat night, i was forced to listen to my neighbor having sex. every Saturday and Sunday morning, i was woken up to the sound of some really festive music from TWO BUILDINGS AWAY! people would park in your spot and the towing company would not come out because only the complex has the authority to tow, so you'll have to find a spot during the weekend because there's no one on duty. (good luck looking for a spot) fine, what people do shouldn't matter to me i could live with it, but the worst part comes right when my lease is about to be over: 1. someone stole my radio entana...really? since when that become the idem i need to lock up? 2. they advertised "gated community" with "no soliciting" but 60% of the time the gate is WIDE OPEN, and about 3-4 times a week i get fliers for some random company 3. there was supposedly to be a on site security guard, i have not seen Himmler since i moved in. 4. someone broke in to my car which was parked on my assigned spot and stole a bunch of stuff out of it. filed police report and notified the apartment management office. but i have not seen any increased security. which means they didn't do ANYTHING! (neither did the police, took them 2 and a half hours to respond to a call) 5. since the apartment didn't do anything for the situation, i decided to protect myself by installing a car alarm to PROTECT MY OWN PROPERTY. sure enough, one late night someone set it off.. because i live pretty far from my ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT, i couldn't hear the alarm while i was asleep, THEY TOWED MY CAR! spend about $400 in one night to get my car out. contacted the management, they said the police towed it, and they can't do anything; contacted oside police, they said the complex towed it, police can't do anything. so I have to personally take the financial loss because i was protecting my own property. so if i lock my car, I'd spend hundreds to get my car back; if i don't lock my car, well, that is just dumb. from this incident, i realize that the management is VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. NO ONE HAS EVEN THOUGH ABOUT WHO SET IT OFF AND WHERE THE THIEF IS but telling me "there's nothing we can do" or more like "there's nothing we want to do" here comes the best part: i mentioned that when i moved in, they gave me 1000 deposit, and 600 off 1st mo rent. I've got the paper work with itemized charges deducted from my deposit, it says "$450" for the deposit.....now they trying to scam another $550 from me! pretty sure it will just be an on going thing.... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I do not agree with the comment, I've lived here at the timbers since 2003 and i would not move i love the space and the landscape not to mention that it is gated and my children can go out side and play knowing that the staff are very vigilant and professional. They are also resonable and will even work with you if you want to move here of couse you do have to qualify. regardless of some people and there stupidity this is the best place to stay management here do not have the fault and they are fast to solve a problem if one does arise given time notthing can be done over night they are not magicians. All in all i would recomment it since i have seen the change and i love it. we are also walking distance from everything. As for parking space there is no charge and it's just about 1 minute or less away from the apartment that's not far. yes it is an old property but the space makes up for it and it's up kept. Dont take my word for it come and see

Love the size of our apartment. The apartments are old and a little rundown but great price for the area.
