I called and spoke with Daryl Davis in the leasing office about renting here and advised him i have bad credit but asked if I can pay cash in advance for 9 months of rent because I was moving to the area and buying a house with cash. He led me to believe that I could and basically said well let's see what happens and charged me $175 to run my credit (after I told him it was already bad) then in less than 3 minutes said Im sorry you were not approved. Approved for what??? I was so furious that he didn't listen and understand what I was saying. If I had known the process I would have never given him my credit card to run at all. I will never recommend living there with such dishonest people running the office.

I've lived here for a year and a half and from the other apartments I've seen, it's one of the best values in the area. Great amenities, maintenance service is prompt and reliable, the appliances in the kitchen are great and on the ground floor, there are 10 foot ceilings. The cons are that I'd rather live in Mt Pleasant (but haven't found a decent place that can compare to Abberly), the walls are somewhat thin and you can hear the people (mostly children and pets) living above you. I also don't recommend the Tremont floorplan, as there's not enough space for dining.
