Listen 360 has been a great way for our company to handle concerns that may be small at the time, but could very easily blow up into something bigger if not addressed. It has given us great opportunities to talk with families. Some that may be unhappy about something, but also we get to hear from those who are happy and say such great things about our programs. I love this tool as a way to keep on top of the pulse of our customers.

Elements Therapeutic Massage on Emerald in Boise Listen 350 is a great way to make sure your clients get the services you want them to have. We pride ourselves in a lost art of customer service. This allows us to know if our clients had issues or concerns. It also gets our therapists very happy to see the clients AWESOME responses. I love the in depth tracking reports. I have been using the program for 5 years now and will continue to use them to ensure our clients are happy.
