The shamrocks are out, which can only mean one thing: corned beef.
Ah, St. Patrick’s Day — the one time of year when it is perfectly acceptable to subsist on meat and potatoes (and beer) alone. And you know what that means: corned beef. Sure, it may not be

Introduction
Lisa is a Texas native living in New York City. She has baked 500 tea cakes in a single day as a pastry intern and walked the Lincoln Center runway — but above all, she writes. Her work has previously appeared in The Huffington Post, Food52, and Vs. Magazine. Currently, she is a lifestyle writer for Bustle.com and a music columnist for Sachin & Babi.

Though she’ll write about everything from food to style, Lisa doesn’t much enjoy writing in the third person and would rather get to know you over chocolate chip cookies.
