I haven't checked the screenplay script site above, but here's one that tells you what you're getting: a draft, a shooting script, or a transcript of the film. Only drafts are worth reading if you're focus is screenwriting. http://www.simplyscripts.com/oscar86.html
Academy Award nominees' scripts for every year from the 1920's to 2013 are here and I'd guess 2014 scripts will show up next month.
Well, now I have just checked the site listed at the start of this thread -- though just Nebraska and Wolf of Wall St. -- and both are shooting scripts, though not labeled as such, so the site I've suggested here may be a better source for draft screenplays which are much closer to what the screenwriters actually wrote before they got tangled up with their directors.
