Questions & Identification  -

Would like to learn more about the Currier and Ives "The Old Grist Mill" dinnerware set. Have always wanted a dinnerware pattern and found this at the local thrift for a song.  Mine looks to have been made in 1954, according to the sites I searched. Would love to learn even more about this collection.

Hi +Lisa Magoch Johnson , thanks so much for posting.  I was wondering if you had a pic of the set that you could add?
It seems that you've done well in your identification process.  I'll do a little checking around and see if I can come up with some more info for you.  Possibly one of our other members will come up with some content, as well:)

#Antique collectors in #Arizona: French Colonial dining set selling in Chino Valley for $300.
100 Year old Mahogany Table, and 4 chairs (one needs to be finished). I have seen a plain Colonial style table like this for sale for $4500.00, but this one needs a bit of restoration. It has a 12...

I had just finished a challenging set of pull-ups on my Saturday work out. . I did, well…a lot of them. Didn't think much of it because it's what I do. It's what I've been doing for years. I took my usual 72 second break between sets. (Yeah, I'm kinda regimented that way.) ...

Ouch! You know this is rough when I finally find the restful comfort of downward facing dog.
I always hated plank, because most plank challenges are the forearm plank, which hurts my lower back. Doing it this way, your description is correct. My lower back feels good.

Do you recognize this art nouveau piece? Would love to know more about it. Even if only the artist's name.

#Depression  is a topic people don't like to hear about. But, it's time it was seen as the cancer it is.

My favorite part of this is when I think I can't possibly push through this intensity, you even admit it hurts. :)

This is what happens when I have been sporadic on my practice. I'm soaked in sweat. But, it's a good thing.
Day 1 was fun and intense. I whimper when I see that Day 2 is titled Plank Party. Eep!
