Lisa Jeskins Training
Freelance Trainer, 2012 - present
I primarily work with information professionals due to my varied experience working for library and archival services. Ranging from accessioning and cataloguing, to collection management, I’ve been a subject specialist and answered reference enquiries (roving and deskbound!). I’ve worked in large university libraries and as a solo librarian. I was also responsible for the communications and marketing for two national online information services.
Having such wide-ranging experience allows me to provide relevant and effective training provision to all levels of information professional and means that I understand the challenges they face.
I am a Chartered Librarian and have expertise in training, facilitation, social media, presenting and customer service. I can provide you and your team with training on the following areas: social media, train the trainer, customer service, coping with change, presentation skills.
