Happy to have found a nearby park with a tree I can climb. Extra happy that my shoulder is on the mend and I was able to climb it pain free :)

Happy Monday, my friends!

One of our greatest roadblocks to a strong, resilient body is our unwillingness to look at how our past & present choices & habits have led to our current physical experience. It's so much easier to blame genetics or to conclude that something "came out of nowhere". It's much (much!) more challenging to consider our role in it (which is certainly not the only variable) and then choose to do something differently as a result. Very much a work in progress for me.

Fun afternoon spent creeking with my girlie. Squatting, reaching, walking on slippery, unsteady rocks, mobilizing our feet, testing our balance, throwing rocks, being out doors - all kinds of movement opportunities, no gym required!
