I confess I used to hate weeding. Now I have a new (Restorative Exercise) perspective & realize it's a fantastic way to work on my squats & lengthen my hamstrings, as well as being valuable time spent outside & off the computer :)

During a craniosacral session this morning, I realized the chirping bird sounds I was hearing weren't coming from the music playing but from outside! Real, live bird soundtrack :) Yay for Spring!!

I cannot recommend Cairene's Foundations class highly enough. Technically time management but in a living, breathing, real life, what works for you way. I consider Cairene my systems Annie Sullivan :) http://ymlp.com/zgZyWO

This really resonates with me. "True knowledge, therefore, is lived knowledge. And lived knowledge is the only sort that invites wisdom—something which arises only when we live in active, awake relationship to life."

Thoughts on living to learn wisdom rather than reading to think about it - from +Audrey Meyer of Trillium Press. Worth a few minutes of your day!
“Every mind must know the whole lesson for itself—must go over the whole ground. What it does not see, what it does not live, it will not know.” –Ralph Waldo Emerson I have often times been told that it is not necessary to...

CranioSacral therapist & mentor, Restorative Exercise Specialist™
Introduction
Hi there!

I'm a CranioSacral therapist and Restorative Exercise Specialist™ with a private practice in Columbus, Ohio.

I integrate CranioSacral Therapy and Restorative Exercise™ (whole body alignment) to help people wanting relief from what's not working with their body so they can experience greater ease and well-being.

I'm also a mentor for other CranioSacral therapists
. I work with CST practitioners around the world.

I help CST practitioners shorten their learning curve and expand and own their expertise so they feel more confident at the table and get better results with their clients.

As for life away from my table
, I'm a long awaited mama to girlie munchkin, an alignment and anatomy nerd, an occasional knitter & a personal growth junkie.

I'm dedicated to being real and laughing, a lot.
Bragging rights
I've ridden a century aka bicycled 100 miles in one day

We had a non-emergency cold weather related leak. Understandably, due to all the other weather related plumbing issues, I was told it would most likely be a few days until they could get to us. Imagine my delight when I was called that same afternoon & told that someone was on his way. Josh did a great job - he quickly identified the problem, fixed it & tightened up a couple other things in the process. Great service and reasonable price make me a very happy customer. Thank you!
