Just found out that a vacant listing I staged for Douglas Elliman sold for 20K over list...and in only a week! Love when my staging starts a bidding war!!

Hi Tina...I hop you might remember me from the Decor8 Blogging Your Way seminar. I came upon your post today because I saw an ad in the NY Times for the Printing House and I wanted to see more of the interiors - they are so besutiful. Lucky you that you got the grand tour if those two apartments

Such great advice Julea...I know that some of my realtors advise to put a delineating object/flag etc on the property's exterior - to help people find it - it's so important to have the home be visible at night. I can't tell you how many times I have found it difficult to find home numbers at night...so if I can't find the home, neither can prospective buyers (even if they have better eyesight!)
