Driving to Lincoln Road Mall and wondering where to park? May we suggest the 17th Street Garage?  Operated by the City of Miami Beach, the 17th Street garage puts you right in the action of Lincoln Road. Without a doubt,  it’s the cheapest & closest parking you’ll find for Lincoln Road Mall.  The garage has 1,460 parking spaces; so it’s rare not to find parking here.

This garage has three entrances:

#1 – the main entrance at Convention Center Drive and 17th Street

#2 – Pennsylvania Avenue and Lincoln Lane (SE corner next to H&M)

#3 – Lincoln Lane and Meridian Avenue (directly across from Macy’s).

Cost: The first six hours cost only $1/per hour –  after eight hours you’ll pay $10 – park for a 24-hour period for a max of $20.

Location: You’re literally less than one block from all the action that Lincoln Road Mall has to offer.

Here’s a Tip: After parking, remember to take your ticket with you. Then, when you’re ready to leave, prepay at the kiosks and exit via the prepaid lane .  Visit the Website: www.LincolnRoadMall.com

This has got to be one of the worst restaurants you can choose in Miami. Food at this location is horrible, staff is hostile towards guests, Italian guy at the door lied about severe allergies to get us to stay. First, one of our friends has a severe allergy that everyone promised was no issue. Friend ate here, puked for two days. Waiters were not only rude, they were hostile towards all of our guests. The worst part, the staff broke out into a fist fight in front of our kids (almost knocking into them). My favorite part...... They will write in their own tip for you! If they feel you are going to tip them bad, they will bring out the slip with tip and total already filled out!!!! Also, our friend caught the guy at the register writing down our credit card numbers before giving them back, we all had to cancel our cards.

When I stumbled upon this outdoor strip mall while vacationing in Miami I wasn't expecting it to be this nice or at some smaller boutiques, so expensive. This is a pretty nice mix of typical stores you would find in your local mall and some higher end smaller shops. Plenty of places to wine and dine along your walk down this strip that seems to extend forever. They even had a Tesla store which was pretty cool. Fun way to kill a couple hours.

A great place to walk and spend time while in South Beach. Some pretty cool shops are located here and you can really get just about anything. Highly recommend Doraku, Piola, and 5 Napkin. Plenty of other places as well!

It lives up to it's reputation, it's full of business men & women, foreigners, and the youth that love the beach, when I pay visitation to South Beach, I make sure to walk through Lincoln Road Mall with my longboard in hand.

Want to grab a bite? Want to catch a movie? Feel like shopping til you drop? Lincoln Road mall is the perfect morning, afternoon, and night out. From Starbucks to H&M, there are various shops and stores to visit. You can easily lose track of time walking up and down the long stretch of the outdoor mall. There are tons of parking locations around the outskirts of the mall, and its a perfect place to people watch as well and truly take in the essence of Miami Beach. You're also not too far away from the clubs on Washington, The Fillmore, City Hall, and the convention center! There are a few questionable people in the area, but you'll find yourself mostly safe and enjoying everything.

Food was just ok for the price. We saw on the check that tap water was charged $6, the waiter explained that it is filtered water. Very unusual.
