"Without embellishment of any sort, [Lift’s] Active Release Technique treatments have saved me from surgery. I have had a series of injuries, serious and minor, and had learned to live with the pain and discomfort. I had spent years and many dollars on physiotherapy and medical treatments, which never seemed to result in any improvement. For comparison, I had been seeing a physio specialist at a private practice for over a year on a weekly then fortnightly basis for one of my shoulders. No real results were seen even after keeping with the prescribed exercises. After only two treatments on my shoulder, Cato basically gave me a new shoulder! I have not since had any problems or pain. This is just one of my injuries he has treated, and like the shoulder, my other old injuries have recovered completely! Now, to compliment my training with Cato and his team at Lift, I will definitely be regularly getting treatments! I swear by his treatments and cannot sing his praises highly enough.. Just fantastic! Pull ups! What better exercise for building a strong and shapely back and improving posture? At Lift, we have multiple places to perform pull ups - as well as bands of varying strengths for assisted pull ups, and you can also add weights to your pull ups or chin ups.

Our track is perfect for lunge walking and for using the prowler. While our gym does have a lot of great equipment, we do also try to maintain some open floor spaces (and we have lifting platforms) so that there's plenty of space for dynamic movements and barbell work. :)
