Acoustic wheel liners to absorb road and stone-throw noise. An acoustic-laminated windshield and triple-sealed inlaid doors to help reduce wind and exterior noise in the cabin. Additional dash insulation and a thicker floor barrier in specific areas to isolate exhaust and underbody noise.

I had just leased a new 2015 Chevy Equinox during their Memorial day sale. One word: AWESOME!!!! I just want to say that the team at Libertyville Chevy (Oscar Martinez, Mario Ayala, (Salesmen) and the finance team of Phil Pickett, Perry Galecki made my experience smooth and to my expectations. I am very happy with my new vehicle and that I can get my car washed anytime I am near the dealership. I suggest that anyone looking for a new vehicle should purchase or lease a Chevy from Libertyville Chevy.

Well first time I wrote a great review about Libertyville Chevrolet I had no idea what was going to occur after writing that review. We bought a used Chevy Equinox and were pretty happy. But shortly after a few weeks pass and we kept getting calls that we had to come back in to sign different paperwork because they calculated something wrong on our paperwork. We lived an hour away and I told them I have a fully signed contract and a car in my driveway I'm sorry you messed something up but I'm not coming back to sign anything. They said there were glitches in their system. Well anyways - after refusing to come in they REPOSSESSED my car from my work whcih was an hour away from my house leaving me stranded! I had a legally signed contract and paid a down payment of $3000 and now my car was taken away due to their error! We had to come back in and redo EVERYTHING and we got a HIGHER rate loan! Our payments are $15 more a month than they were originally and interest rate higher! I was sooo upset with our service. Not to mention they day we originally came in to pick up our car the first time around it wasn't even back from getting cleaned yet and we NEVER got back our floor mats for the car - they didnt' come with floor mats which I'm thinking this dealership kept and the visors weren't even attached! This has been the worst car I have EVER owned - the throttle body needs to be replaced every 3 months and you think coming in with a baby and a toddler they would have a heart and not sell me something so horrible and put me through all this. Stay FAR FAR away from this dealership. I have never been through anything worse in my life and if you want to be scammed and given run arounds and then have a really crappy car that breaks down every 3 months with your children in the car - give this place a call! I even wrote the manager a letter a month after my experiences and NO response. Worst place I've ever been to.

Been there to look for my first car because a friend of mine told me that the dealership is really nice out there, so i wanted to go and check it out by myself. One of your salesman named Mario Ayala was helping me out. Amazing polite worker! I've never been treated like this! He explained everything and made it understandable. Both my parents talk in Spanish so he translated and it was just awesome! Amazing work! Definitely coming again! Thanks for your help and appreciation! I really recommend this dealership! Thanks Mario!!

I've been looking for a car for the past few weeks now and my roommate recommended me to go to this dealership. I went and one of your salesmen Mario Ayala really helped me a lot ! he explained everything clearly and was polite. I was very pleased with this service and the excellence of this salesmen I really recommend it for everyone around this area.

I brought my 2002 Camaro to this dealership a week ago because the car had developed a knock and was down on power. I dropped it off and after a technician looked at it I was told number 8 cylinder had a misfire. So after spending $1230 for a coil and plug wire I was told the car was repaired. I emailed the service advisor to road test the car because I thought it to be more than just a misfire. I was told the car was done and to come pick it up. I get there everyone in a good mood, take the car out and push it hard to see if there were any issues and found the car to still be way under powered, turned around and brought it back. The service advisor said I wondered if he changed out the number eight plug? Guess what, he didn't so he gave me a loaner and looked at it the next day. The service advisor emailed me later that day and said "Come pick up the car it runs great"! I come after work get in the car and wasn't even out the door when I knew there was still issues(down on power). After arguing with the mechanic, service advisor and service manager what it came down to was leaving the car there a couple more days and me footing the bill. That's not going to happen at least not the total bill. I was told the car was fixed and that certainly didn't happen, so I limped the car home and put it in the garage. So much for GM Priority care. Thanks for nothing accept a deep hole in my wallet.

I was very satisfied and amazed by the service provided by everyone in the dealership but especially my sale representative Mario Ayala. He really convince me on taking the car the same day I came to view it. I was going to return another day but he really gave e an amazing deal that I couldn't resist. He was really explanatory about all the information about the car, the payments, and the warranty on the car. I felt very trustworthy with him because in some dealership I have gone to they tried ripping us off but he saved us money and gave us a great service. Because of Mario Ayala I found the perfect car and I would like to thank him so much for his help and service. We really appreciate what you have done for me and I will sure recommend this dealership with everyone I know.

GREAT CAR! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Both my girlfriend and I own a car from this dealership, it is important to to mention that we are very happy with the vehicles. Although the customer service experience encountered at this dealership was by far the worst. I am a customer service supervisor myself and if I were to treat my customer the way we were treated here I would not be where I am now. They will lie to you and deny they did in your face, they will tell you a what your monthly payment is and have you drive away with a brand new car and then call you several days after asking you to come and re-sign because the finance company did not approve you and would threaten to reposes your car if you don't go whenever they want you to go (my girlfriend has had to go in for re-signing 3 times without any type of compensation). My sales rep Patrick lacks a lot of customer service, he only cares about his commission and not customer needs all he cares about is selling the car, if it takes him to make false promises to make you buy the car he will and will then tell you he had no control over what he promised because he is just a sales man and not a manager. When I went to see the car for the first time it was in perfect conditions and when I test drove it I returned it to the front of their showroom. When I went back the next day for the car it was brought from the back lot with a HUGE scratch on the bumper and the handle cap missing. When I pointed it out to Patrick, he BLAMED ME FOR IT quoting "You were the last one to drive the car" although I dropped it in the front and someone moved it to the back. Long story short Patrick needs to be re-trained and learn to be more patient with his customers. Buying a car is not easy and it could stressful to the buyer and he did not make the shopping process any less stressful. I doubt I will ever mention this dealership to anyone. There is a lot more to the story but I will take me hours to write everything they made me go through. I also have to say that Don and Perry were great at dealing with our frustration but is very complicated to get a hold of them. Overall if you don't want to be lied to and blame for damaging cars when you did not DO NO BUY YOUR CAR HERE. Ps: My girlfriend was taken there by her co-signed whom's sister own two cars form this dealership, and he was promised $100 gift card for recommending her and yet to date (1yr after he has not yet received this gfc). My gf was also promised one for recommending me and 2 months after the purchase we still have not seen any gift cards.

I was very please with the service provided by everyone at the dealership, especially our salesperson Mario Ayala. He did a great explaining us our payment options and gave us great recommendation about extended warranty. For once I didn't feel like a salesperson was ripping us off but I felt that he was looking out for our best interest. We have friends that work at other dealership and they agreed we got a great price for our vehicle, and we couldn't have done that without Mario. Thank you, we really appreciate your service and thoughtfulness.
