I was very please with the service provided by everyone at the dealership, especially our salesperson Mario Ayala. He did a great explaining us our payment options and gave us great recommendation about extended warranty. For once I didn't feel like a salesperson was ripping us off but I felt that he was looking out for our best interest. We have friends that work at other dealership and they agreed we got a great price for our vehicle, and we couldn't have done that without Mario. Thank you, we really appreciate your service and thoughtfulness.

Being lied to makes me steaming mad, this place is dishonest and will lie right to your face. I came with pre approved financing ready to buy, part of (capital one) financing stipulates you must sign the dealerships application. Capital One's online offer tool also lets you customize the loan terms and lets you know exactly what your payment will be. Well these guys did not want to use my financing and were very pushy on using their financing, I had watched videos on how using dealer financing is a great way to get screwed so I was not "going". I told them I did not want them running my credit as it had recently been run for the pre approval and they reluctantly agreed. As mentioned before I knew what my payment would be, as well as the terms, these guys came back saying it would be $60/mo more. I dont know what scam they were trying to pull but I was not going. When I called him out on it he said it was an estimate and that they'd talk to capital one the following day, seconds later he put on his jacket basically gave up and walked away. Wow. The next day I purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse from Biggers Chevrolet and the experience was like day and night. Two weeks later I keep getting letters from banks Libertyville sent my credit to, so far I have received FOUR AFTER I EXPLICITLY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION AND WAS ASSURED IT WOULD NOT BE DONE. When they brought me a ally credit application I said I do not give you PERMISSION to apply for credit through Ally, the salesman ASSURED me it was a generic application and would NOT be sent to Ally.. guess what? They sent it to Ally as well as 3 other banks. UPDATE: to the manager. Sir, I can see you are trying to discredit my comment by calling my pre approved financing a " pre approval letter", like the ones we all get in the mail. False, the pre approved financing I came with is just like if I went to normal bank and applied for a car loan. Once the vehicle is chosen I sign off on it then Capital One performs a ach (electronic check)to pay the dealership. Therefore, I can tell that you sir are full of crap. When I went to another dealer the next day the transaction was smooth and my payment and terms were exactly what the online offer tool said it would be. Also, mr manager, I bought a traverse not equinox and stop calling me or I will report you for harassment.

I also wanted to clarify that when you are going to purchase a vehicle you have to do a hand written credit application at the dealership where the vehicle is located. Unfortunately your Capital One pre-approval letter did not qualify for the 2011 Chevrolet Traverse with the payments that you were provided with. I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze that I actually bought from a different Chevrolet dealership, but now only trust to bring my vehicle to this Libertyville dealership. I brought my car in for a recall and was treated like a star customer from start to finish. I mostly corresponded with Brett Simonides. He was very knowledgeable about the specific recall my car needed and walked me through the whole process. My experience was quick and efficient. Will absolutely be bringing my car back to Libertyville Chevrolet for my future car needs.

To the GM! Sir, I have been doing research and unless you take responsibility for removing multiple unauthorized credit inquiries off my credit report I will be forced to submit complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as well as the Better Business Bureau. If I must remove them myself one or more of the credit reporting agencies requires that I claim fraud before it can be removed. You did not have permissible purpose. I was assured it would not be ran, specifically with Ally Financial. So far I have discovered you ran my credit five times, without my permission. I only gave permission for the request to be sent to Capital One.

I was in from out of state to visit my boyfriend. It soon turned into honey do's---for me! He needed his Tahoe fixed so I brought it in for him. When I drove into the service aisle I was greeted with a smile by Dennis Werheim in Service. I gave him the list of things to check and he also asked me questions I guess since I had drove the car there. But everything was just so thorough and thoughtful. I don't get that back in NY! In ending, after waiting a couple hours for the car, by my choice since the dealership had free internet - he pulled the car up, washed and shiny, warmed up! and the horrible noise was gone. When I picked up my boyfriend from work he was very pleased that I guess what was fixed and the Tahoe was sparkling. Dennis, thanks for being so nice, helpful, and polite and also putting a smile on my boyfriend's face!

My experience there was amazing, David Escobar was real great. He seemed to really know his stuff, he took care of me and my wife. I liked the whole staff there, the managers were really friendly. Service department seemed excited to have me do my service there. I actually feel part of the Chevy family.

Had the worst service the sales man didn't even try to work with us I went twice only to waist my time and gas the first time I was there they offer me a no down payment but we didn't agree on price plus I catch them over charging me for plates and title I work I a currency so I know my prices he try to tell sell me plates for 221+191 title + tax when plates are 101+95 title +tax next day the a women calls to tell me they were gonna meet me on the price so I drove 30 minutes to get there only to find the same sales man I got last time that was not intrested on selling a car to us left me sitting for and 1 hour while he help othere costumers came back and told no.
