Had a serious injury this feb which ended my season early. After 2 months of healing, was itching to ride again so drove down here to get my fix. It took me a few runs to get used to and after that, it was all fun from there. Its definitely different than snow so gotta keep that in mind and give it a chance. The surface is very cushy so it won't hurt as much when u fall which is great for progression. Got a chance to meet and ride with some great guys working there, Austin, Derrick, Kevin and Erick. Great vibes and just pure fun all around. Can't wait to go back!

I go up there plenty its great for someone whom is just learning the basics, someone who is intermediate and a great skier/snowboarder, and of course for someone who wants to grind there teeth in the park. They have a great facility free wifi and a great staff. The only bad thing is it wont give you the sensation of powder or real snow. But beat the alternative in the summer wich is not skiing.

Its definitely not real snow. The texture is similar to the thistles on a toothbrush. That being said, its plenty of fun and great for people that are craving some skiing when there's no fresh powder. I recommend it, but realize that it has its limits.

This was my boyfriend's and my very first experience skiing and we LOVED it. We had a Groupon for a lesson for two and was able to use it right after the huge snowstorm/blizzard on the east coast. When we arrived I think we were both suprised at how young the staff was. I think my only "negative" comment is that everyone could have been a little more attentive and customer service oriented when we were actually in the area where we rented our gear. Our instructor's name was Eric and again I was surprised at how young he was, but Eric was wonderful! I'm sure it was a challenge handling two students who had zero experience, but he made it look easy. His instructions were very easy to follow and he was very accommodating to our needs. We spent about an hour with him before he had to move on to another lesson, but all the while he was still around to encourage us and tell us how we were doing great. By the end of the night we were skiing (with no poles at all) managing small "jumps," turning and stopping. Great experience for two first time skiiers!

Amazing facilities. An all-around good family or, if you'd prefer, more serious atmosphere.

Fantastic staff, breathtaking views, and an incredible artificial snow surface that is so helpful in progressing one's skills to the next level in skiing or snowboarding, allowing you to ride year-round.

To whom this may concern - I was interested to see if you guys have heard about our facility. We are a year round ski and snowboard facility that is completely made of a synthetic "snow". The synthetic ski slope is made of a material called Snowflex, the most innovative technology in the snow sports industry. Our goal is to get people interested in skiing and snowboarding, and also training those that are already into the freestyle aspect of the sport.

LMSC caters to snow sport enthusiasts of all skill levels, and serves as the ideal training ground in the off-season. A funhouse for freestylers, the facility also features an elevated cornice drop, 3 kickers of different sizes and a colossal quarter pipe. We also have another run stuffed full of rails and boxes of different difficulties for everyone to enjoy.

We want to spread the word about our facility because we have seen how fast the kids, that are shredding every day, are progressing. Also the numbers of people that get introduced to the sport that turn out to be life long skiers and snowboarders.

LMSC is a game changer for south east skiing and snowboarding industry. We hope that you look in to our facility and also help us spread the word about us.
