Happy 75th birthday Jeep! The Jeep patent came into existence on this day in 1941.
On Thursday, Jeep fans everywhere had a reason to celebrate: the Jeep was patented 75 years ago on April 7th, 1941. The actual production of the first American Jeep was a joint effort, with American Bantam creating the winning design and receiving the patent. But their engine didn't have enough kick, so the U.S. Military insisted that Willy-Overland's engine design had to go into the Jeep for Bantam to keep their military contract. From there, Fo...

Worst experience ever!! Purchased a car in October and it's total junk. I have taken it for service more than 5 times and still not fixed. Was going to trade it in they had agreed to pay it off. I used the new car 2 days when I went to go sign the papers I wast told there was no deal. Such a waste of time. This people are not serious at all. Service department sucks and sales department is a joke. 😒😡

I made an appointment, by telephone, prior to coming in, and was told to ask for Deborah. I was greeted promptly upon my arrival and was introduced to Deborah, who started the paperwork and got my vehicle into the shop. The multi-point inspection identified several services that needed to be done, and Deborah explained each one and how urgent each of them was. We worked out a schedule for dealing with them and took care of the most urgent services that day. While waiting, I had the opportunity to chat with a sales manager, a sales trainer and a sales associate. All were very friendly and engaging, and offered no sales pitch. My experience at your dealership was totally enjoyable and there was no pressure on the part of anyone. I will be back next month for the next services on the list. Thank you to Deborah, the technician(s), and the rest of your team.

My husband and I went with our adult son yesterday to look at a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Like someone mentioned, they would not even open the vehicle to let our son look at it, let alone test drive it until he had filled out a credit app. He would have bought the vehicle if the finance manager would have even halfway tried to make a deal, however it was a take it or leave it situation, not even any negotiation allowed. I have never been to dealer that does not allow a little back and forth negotiation. This dealership just let us walk out the door and lost a potential 50,000.00 deal. I am glad that I bought my Wrangler from Mark's Casa Jeep. My son will be looking there.

Greediest Car Dealership I've ever been too!!! My friend and I went into the store to test drive a vehicle to see if he would like the truck. They would not let him test drive a vehicle unless he filled out a credit application. I have never been to a car dealership where I was not allowed to drive a car that was a potential prospect for my future driving needs. All they care about is filling their pockets rather than selling a vehicle. My friend had the credit and co signer available if needed to buy the vehicle he wanted, but they wouldn't even let him drive the car to see if he would like it. We are now looking elsewhere for a vehicle at a competitors dealership to satisfy our trucking needs. They just lost a $50,000 deal because they couldn't look passed their own selfish needs.

WORST place!!! Awful service!! They tell you approved then two days later they want the car back, making up excuses after another!!! We got approved for a Jeep, the "battery" was down, Manage Terence gave us another to use until they get the other fixed, came back the next day they wanted it back, original Jeep still wasn't working, was told it wasn't the battery and it was the wire. We will NEVER come back and do business here, they liars and unprofessional!! Please don't come to this place!! they are awful!!

I recently purchased a Dodge Journey from this dealership and the service was outstanding. They were kind and courteous. I've never purchased from a big dealership before because of the bad reputation. However this dealership was quiet opposite and I was very pleased with my experience. The sales rep even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. If that's not great customer service then I don't know what is. I will be returning for all my future car needs.

Would be 0 stars if it was a choice. Took our family dodge truck in yesterday for the air bag recall... This place is so inept. They broke our whole dashboard, didn't mention that, they did a "15 point inspection" and did not even say anything about the engine light that's on, or that they broke our whole dashboard. After saying they would have it for 2 and a half hours, they had it for 5 when they called us and asked to reschedule but they had our truck and didn't even know. They put a tag on our key ring that just said old black, last I checked, it should be a year next to make and model. We have never been treated with such unprofessionalism. I'm not sure how they received the amount of starts they have. Now we have to go back and talk to the manager and hopefully they will fix it, however after that initial experience, we do not even want to go back..
