We found a Jeep Patriot on the Larry H. Miller website, and that was the car me and my wife were looking for: the color and the price were perfect for us. Next day at the dealership we could not find the car! I started to look for a compatible replacement. But my wife wanted the car we came for, no other. We were about to leave, but Freddie G. found the car! Our Patriot was hidden behind a few rows of trucks, just waiting for us. I think Freddie was as excited as we were. Thank you Freddie very much for your hard work and excellent service! Your positive attitude proved to us that everything is possible. Keep your skills and talents as a sells representative at same level, and keep your customers happy. Way to go Freddie!

Service experience great and fast. Sales people nice enough but unacceptable and breach of contract. Don't leave the lot unless you have exactly what you want. The sales person encouraged us to drive off the lot with a vehicle that did not have the features we wanted (back up camera, roof rack) based on the promise it would be no problem to add those features as part of the negotiated deal. 3 weeks later we drop the car off only to have it return with non dodge parts that disable the u-connect feature and now a leaky roof rack. We have got the run around and never been offered just to simply put the Dodge parts in the vehicle. They keep on treating us like we are trying to upgrade for free and are try to sell us a new car instead of fixing the problem. The business model of being difficult to deal with and making you wait in the showroom for an hour while they are 'making the numbers work' is just a grind. We expect better from a multi state dealership - that it would own its mistake and take a slight loss on a single vehicle in order to maintain its service as a company but I guess not.

I am a repeat new car buyer here at this dealer. My latest purchase of a 2015 Charger was in April 2015. Today, July 8, less than 3 months later, I brought it in to their service department to repair a flat tire, because I bought a tire protection plan with my car. I was told they'd take care of it, and it would take about an hour. After 90 min they informed me that the protection plan wouldn't pay to replace the tire because it was repairable. However, the dealer wouldn't repair it, because of liability on repairs on the type of tire I had. So after agreeing to pay for a new tire, I wait another 45 min before I ask if my car is about done. After the service rep takes 20 min to go check on it, I'm told they don't even have the right tire in stock, but the right one will be here in 30 min. Needless to say they have lost all service business from me in the future, and I have some pretty serious doubts I'll ever buy a car from them again either at this point. So my saga ended after a 4 and a half our wait, and nearly $300 somehow not covered by my protection plan, and the final proof of their incompetence was that after all that they didn't even inflate the tire correctly. I am never giving them any more of my money.

I first went to Larry H. Miller looking at a Ram 1500 EcoDiesel pickup. My salesperson, Mike, was incredibly helpful while not pushy, which worked well as I vetted the vehicle and then tried to convince my wife of the purchase. They were able to get me what I wanted on my trade-in AND a good price on the truck. My wife eventually decided that the truck was "too big" but liked the Jeep Cherokees. Having not done any research on them but enjoying the test rides (again, Mike was very gracious as we tried about 4 different Jeeps), I had to do "on the spot" research. Thank goodness for my iPad. Mike was great about letting me figure out what I thought was "fair". Without much hassle, we got to an agreeable deal. In past car purchases, I knew that agreeing to terms was just the first battle. Up next was the financing and having to fight to not buy gap insurance, extended warranties, underbody protection, or whatever else they try to tack on. To my surprise, a simple "no thanks" sufficed for these and financing was a breeze. I've had my Jeep in once for some service updates. Making the appointment was a breeze and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend Larry H. Miller enough for a pleasant buying experience.

I took my 2004 Jeep Cherokee Limited in for an oil change, automatic transmission fluid exchange & a cooling system fluid exchange. I had selected Howard Courtney (Assistant Service Manager) in the Service Dept as my Service Adviser because I had spoken on the phone with him the previous week about pricing an he was very courteous and professional. This was my first time to Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Albuquerque. From the minute I met Howard...I was impressed. He really took the time to listen and work with any needs and concerns I had. He was very friendly, honest, efficient & knowledgeable! I will definitely return to this dealership because of Howard's service! in the last week
not real pleased with the service that i had when i had to return the vehicle only a week later. Service department told me that i used my only free alignment. After only one week i was a little upset about that. Clarence Singleton my sales guy had to run the vehicle back through the car wash because they didnt do it right the first time. I drive over 100 miles away and think i deserve a little better treatment than that....

Worked with Sean the sales manager and Dwight the salesman both made my purchase really enjoyable. They now have a loyal customer for life as I enter into my second new Jeep.

That was hands down the best car buying experience ever! It began on the Internet. We were looking for the perfect Jeep and found the Willys model Wrangler Unlimited on the LHM website. I contacted Sean (the Internet manager) and made an appointment the next day. Sean moved the Jeep out of the way for us so no one would buy it before we got a chance to check it out. Sure enough this Jeep was gorgeous, just what we wanted. We were introduced to our salesman, Dwight Curry, who handled the whole transaction and made sure we had refreshments and were comfortable right through to delivery, which was fantastic. The Jeep was washed, tank filled, and anything else I needed to know Dwight had the answer. I got in, fired this baby up, and on my way to new Jeep adventures. Furthermore Dwight made sure we had his email and private cell in case we needed anything, questions or whatever...could not have been a better experience if it was scripted! The Jeep is beyond expectation. Do yourselves a favor, contact Dwight Curry if you want a great car buying experience.
