I haven't bought a truck yet but in the process I definitely have to say tho going through this process I've dealt with excellent customer service managers to its a wonderful place with excellent service. Working for Larry h Miller Toyota I'm proud to say Larry h Miller dodge had amazing sales associates Brian and Connor have been amazing help

Do not take your business to Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Lomas in Albuquerque. I will repeat that once more. Do...not...take...your...business...to...Larry...H....Miller...Chrysler...Jeep...Dodge...Ram...on...Lomas...in...Albuquerque. There are only 2 types of people that are employed by this business establishment. 1.) Incredibly incompetent and 2.) Outright rude. I purchased a vehicle from them in March of 2016 and have regretted it ever since. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my vehicle, however the service at this establishment is utterly abysmal. It has been constant non-stop hassle with them anytime I have even the most minimal of interaction with them. Trust me, do yourself a favor and purchase your next vehicle elsewhere so you do not have to encounter the either incredibly incompetent or outright rude employees at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Lomas in Albuquerque. Sincerely, Severely Dissatisfied Customer.

I went in June 2016 to trade in my 2011 chevy silverado. I knew what I wanted. The staff was amazing and worked wonders with me. I went with a set mind on the deal I wanted, which I got. I was able to get the car I wanted 2015 Dodge charger. Great car! Everyone was great and welcoming. Andrew one of the few who helped me and my boyfriend with getti g us the deal was wonderful. Staight foward honest polite and professional. I would and will reccomend anyone I know head over there when purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Larry H Miller for the great survice provided. 👌🖒

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Worst customer service EVER! Traded in a vehicle last year and was told that the maintenance package we had already purchased would transfer. Took the new vehicle in for an oil change and was told that the maintenance package did not transfer, and the service guy refused to let me speak to a manager. The best he offered was a discount and a sorry. I came home and took the email survey and the next day received a call from Dave, the general manager, who profusely apologized that I wasn't able to speak to a manager. He said he would send a check to reimburse what I'd had to pay for the service and he'd also add another maintenance package on our account due to the misunderstanding. I did receive the check and assumed that the package had also been added. Fast forward to 2 weekends ago, we visited the dealership to see about trading in our vehicle only to encounter the RUDEST sales manager we've ever dealt with - so rude that we vowed never to go back. However, Juan our salesman was extremely nice and he continued to try and work a deal for us for the next few days. Today we decided to go in and talk to him about what deals he had and to also get our oil changed since it's due. Imagine how NOT surprised I was to find out that Dave hadn't added a new maintenance package to our account! We were told that not a single manager was on duty so there was no one we could speak to. We were given a card with Dave's "direct" number (which was really just the main switchboard) and the service guy said there wasn't anything more he could do. We decided not to stay and see what deal our salesman had come up with, and there is NO chance that we will ever buy another vehicle from this dealership again!!

Went into the dealership, found a car that we loved. Ran the numbers and I told them I would be back to finalize the paperwork the following day but after looking online that night, I found that they were asking more money for the car on the lot than their online pricing. I spoke to three people about this and they all had different ways to try and explaining the price difference. The last person that I spoke to about the pricing, (after explaining about finding the exact same car, one year newer and lower miles for less money), they told me the pricing was higher because it was a "CERTIFIED" Chrysler. Which does not make sense to me because the newer one offered the same warranty. I will never go back to this dealership nor will I refer anybody here.

If I wasn't tied into the oil change package I would not return to this dealership. The service I received was extremely poor. I dropped my vehicle off at 12:30 and returned at 4:30 at which point my vehicle still wasn't ready. Not only was my car not ready on time, but when they brought it to me it was not ran through the car was as advertised. Extremely disappointed.

Been getting cars at least once a year one of the sales person i guess judged me (idk) assumed i didnt have no money and left me waiting until i ended up leaving couple months later manager made it right. However recommended my brother and they bypassed what bank he specifically asked for. So here we go again with a bad experience

I live right behind them and there are so inconsiderate it's ridiculous. From there loud music to there tools going all day now to there demolition without warning. Now I understand why there's so many complaints no consideration for others and no respect. I would not recommend you get a vehicle from here due to there lack of respect!!!
