I am very disappointed with my brand new jeep cherokee purchased this past December. I wanted a car where I could feel great every time I was driving it. I was excited to get a jeep regardless of the gas mileage, not so great, but I got every little specials that I could get. My jeep makes an alarm noise that the dealership service team can't figure out why it happens. I have been driving it for a few months and, as soon as the noise comes up, I have to drive it to the dealership to see if they can figure it out, which after 6 times, they haven't been able to. The worst of all is that they told me there is nothing they can do and I am stuck with an expensive car that is defective. I am so regret trusting this dealership. The salesman, Shane, was very disrespectful as he was asking me out even when my boyfriend was there in the morning. I don't want this car and will have to proceed with the lemon law as it has been checked 6 times with no results. I feel mistreated, abused, and disrespected.

Larry H. Miller had the best prices in town on the type of Ram 1500 Big Horn that my father Bill was looking for. We both had a very relaxed and positive experience dealing with Matt Romero who, in my opinion, is one of the easiest to deal with salesman i've ever encountered in buying a new vehicle. My father and i had gone to the other dealership in town who wouldn't give us the time of day even though we had waited around quite a while to speak to someone about taking a test drive in a new truck. Then we decided to drive to Los Lunas to see if we could get a better deal and service at the dealership down there. Even though we were able to get a little better service, the sales manager there must have been real green because he wouldn't budge on his prices and meet us in the middle for a truck that he was obviously overcharging us for. We were aghast that he somewhat pushed us out the door after we had spent 3 hours at that stealership trying to negotiate for a fair price with a decent interest rate on a rather middle of the road truck (no pun intended.) We felt humiliated. Later that day we went to Larry H. miller and found the best truck and price for my father. Needles to say that he was excited and grinning from ear to ear for getting the most truck for the money we had seen anywhere bar none! Thank you Larry H. Miller for working with us! And a special thanks to Matt Romero who made the process incredibly easy!

I was very happy with my service representative Brandon B. he took very good care of my vehicle. The only problem that I experienced is that after leaving my care all day of finally receiving my care back after 6:00 PM I went to fill up and when I started my car my oil change required notification came up, so I called Brandon the next am because they closed at 6:00 pm. Brandon said he would be sure to take up the situation up with the tech and offered for me to bring the car in and he would reset the computer or would I be comfortable taking care of it myself. I told him I would try and let him know. I did what he had explained to me and it seem to have worked, so I called and left a message that what I did took care of the problem. If it came on again I would bring it in to him for him to take care of. Otherwise my experience was excellent thanks to Brandon...

Honestly its not the dealership i had problems with, infact the selection was amazing. The staff was the problem. The day i went vehicle shopping i was very much planning on purchasing a car that day. Now i visited 6 dealers that day and all of them let me look in the vehicle, and had very good product knowledge. At this dealer i was told it was "too hot" to stay outside and was passed to 3 different floor salesmen in the passing of an hour. If that didint happen i would like to think id be driving a Jeep right now. Buyers Beware.

I AM SORRY TO SAY. we have dealt with LHM for many years in purchasing and leasing vehicles. our visit was very unpleasant. We sat there 7 hrs to get an answer. we would see people come and go with good news and bad. with in the time we sat there. Sorry to say!!!!!. Not a happy LHM customer!!

I looked at new and used cars all over ABQ and online. I went to car lots and walked away from one deal where price and discounts did not match. My salesman at Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge was Parish and he stayed in the game trying to help me find a car and deal that worked for me. Parish called me to tell me about a trade that just came in and matched my criteria. I went over to see and test drive the car then bought it at a fair price. The length of time for the purchase and paperwork was too long but I am pleased with the sale, service, and extra effort by Parish and the dealership. My wife loves her car which is the most important thing anyway! Thank you Parish and LHM Chrylser.
