Horrible experience. Test drove Avalon that we specifically called on to make sure it was available. Made an appointment with Nicole and showed up before they opened. Took a test drive and we decided to buy the car. Sat down to work the deal and Nicole came back and told us it was already sold. We drove from Sebastian and wasted time and money. We made sure the car was available and they sold it out from under us. Then they asked if we wanted to look at something else. Bait and switch? Lexus of Melbourne has lost a customer for life and I will tell all my friends about the unethical way we were treated. Horrible way to treat anyone!

I've been buying cars for over 40 years and working with Lexus of Melbourne was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked into the dealership to the excitement on the day we picked up our new car, I was so impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and responsiveness of the entire staff from sales to service. Truly a culture that centers solely on the needs of the customer, which extends well beyond just the purchase. I honestly believe we've made friends for life at Lexus of Melbourne.

I purchased my Lexus GS300 from Lexus of Melbourne in 2010 and have had all service intervals done by the service department. I am pleased to use this dealership even though I have other options closer to home. They have been competent, fair, and trustworthy. If you are looking for any type of service, start with John Lohne. You wont be disappointed.

I bought a 2014 lexus is 250. About a month and a half ago the leather in two places(console and arm rest on door) are tearing which is highly unusual. I bought the extended coverage on top of the CPO coverage on the car also. I've had other vehicles last well over 100k miles or 10 years of age with zero problems with the leather. I've been dealing with a new service director that quite frankly, could seem to care less. I fail to see how I need to wait until "lexus" makes a decision on this. For top notch customer care that they boast, I find the lack luster approach very disheartening. I would find it hard to believe that this is normal wear and tear as even the regular technicians there (i won't quote names on here) said it was highly unusual for that to happen. Still waiting on a response and or solution on this problem. **The problem was finally resolved hence my upgraded review to 4 stars. I'd rate it 5 stars if it wasn't for the long wait with literally no communication on the problem for months. John Lohne is a great representative of lexus as he was very professional throughout the process. I'd recommend him to anyone needing assistance.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Duane Labeur for helping me with the problem I had with my car. After work, I drove to the dealership without making an appointment; I got there at around 4:30pm. For the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the male advisor in the front; a minute later, Duane came to me and offered to help; he was a bit reluctant at first because how late it was, but he took the time to listen to my concerns and help me with the issue. The only reason why I don’t give a five stars to my experience is because the female advisor did not want Duane to help me; she just said something like “it is too late and he did not make an appointment”, despite the fact, my car’s Lexus battery needed to be replaced.

Very rude people.They walked past me like i wasnt even there and ignored me twice ,so i just left. Nobody tried to help me. Only person in there that actually greeded me was the lady at the front desk.

We just bought our second Lexus (NX 200t) from Lexus of Melbourne, and would like to recommend our sales person, Tom Hakimi. Tom is very knowledgeable about his product and was able to answer all our questions. He and Sean McGee were able to quickly get us to a fair deal. We'll be back.
