There are reports the Lexus CT 200h will be updated for 2017. It will be built on Toyota's New Global Architecture with the same powertrain as the Prius.

Had a fantastic experience. Our sales person George Zilban went above and beyond to find us the perfect car, in the perfect color, interior we wanted and of course in our budget with the options we needed. The whole experience was a breeze, besides an amazing deal on our Lexus NX, George explained everything we need to know about warranties, financing, options and even treated us to a bottle of sparkling water. 5 star service, recommend this dealership and Georges expertise to everyone

Where do I begin? I thought everything was great when I traded in my IS for an NX in November 2015. Fast forward 2 months and I received a letter from Lexus Financial stating that Lexus of Pembroke did not turn in a Payment Waiver Certificate to cover my one remaining payment on the IS and I now owe the $405. I contacted the salesperson, Kris Koo, and he first said the IS doesn't qualify but then said he didn't know I owed a payment. I spoke to a manager, Andre Armani, who gave me the run around for a week and finally told me to pay it and then he'll speak to the GM and see what they can do. Finally, I called and left several voicemails to the GM, Vladimir Keslin. I then wrote a Yelp review stating my experience thus far. I then found the GM's email online (the girl at the front desk said she didn't know it) and wrote the GM an email after not receiving a call back. He replied that he will not assist me because of the review I wrote on Yelp and will only speak to my attorney! The emails are posted as proof on my Yelp review. I contacted corporate today and they are going to open a case to see what is going on. This is my 3rd Lexus, I love Lexus but I refuse to have someone treat me so terribly. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

I had my car towed to the collision center and it was the worst service ever. I waited twice over 90 minutes to speak with a collision representative. Then after my car was repaired which took over 30 days, the finish product was mediocre. I will never use there collision center again. When corporate called me to ask if I was satisfied with my service and would recommend the collision center, I said, no never. The area is poorly managed and the reception are what I call "nice nasty."

My experience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines has been Amazing. I recently leased my second vehicle with Norma Etzel. Ms. Etzel was very attentive and was able to negotiate with the price I was looking for. My previous lease was from Lexus of Kendall and I was not happy with them; the staff was rude and pushy. The finance manager Oliver Brown was also very nice. Last week I took in my daughters car for service and I had the BEST experience ever!! I love the lady that does manicures, the coffee and the bagels. I also heard rumors that a spa was being built, which would be great :D Great dealership & great staff.

Shopping for a new car can be daunting. I have never enjoyed the experience because of high pressure, game playing salesmen in the past. I am so thankful that I went to Lexus of Pembrook Pines and worked with Mike Banko. Mike is patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Beyond that, he seems truly interested in taking time to find the right car for you. Upon delivery, Mike explained every feature of the car clearly and completely before I drove away. He has phoned me twice to be sure I am happy with my purchase. My LS is a beautiful, high quality vehicle. If you want a genuinely nice, caring, professional to assist you with a new car without the slick, high pressure nonsense, visit Mike Banko!

I had the worst experience ever here. I own a Lexus and go to the dealerships only because of their amazing customer service. Unfortunately this dealership does not live up to that standard. I called a salesperson by the name of "Mohammad" and made a deal over the phone for a new GS350. He told me not to worry and that he can definitely take care of me. I called him multiple times before going in to make sure that he can since I would be driving from Orlando to his dealership and he insisted for me not to worry. I got there and he made me wait over an hour to even get a chance to sit and discuss the details in person. He then sent another salesperson after making me wait that long to take care of me. He then asked a few questions and after about another hour and half of going back and forth with information he tells me that he cannot do anything to help me with the deal. He then tells me that it's normal for their dealership to low ball customers just to get them in. These people do not value their customers time whatsoever. I reported this to the general manager, his name was Vladimir. He pretended to listen and care. The reason why I said pretend is because at the end of the conversation he told me not to worry and that I would be receiving a call about this incident. It's been over a week and not a single call to even say sorry that we could not help you or sorry that we wasted your time. Stay away from this dealership. There are far better Lexus dealerships not too far from this location.

* update* recently got my 2nd lease here and again Kris Koo was absolutely amazing. I really wish all salesmen were as awesome as he is. Always smiling and straight to the point. I had to catch a flight and he was able to get me in and out with my new car in no time. Thanks Kris Koo and John Whitney for the great service! Lost a star because I haven't had great experiences in the service department, they could use a little improvement. I just want to give a shoutout to one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had with seriously one of the best car salesmen I've ever dealt with! Kris Koo is definitely not the cliche annoying "shark" you will find at most dealerships. He gets the job done, makes you feel comfortable with what you are buying BEFORE you buy it, doesn't pressure you just to make a sale, answers any questions you have and leaves an impression in your gut from making you laugh so much! Thank you Kris and Lexus of Pembroke Pines for helping me pick out my brand new Lexus Gx460!! I absolutely love it and I don't think there is any reason for me to go back to Mercedes as long as you continue to hire sale men like Kris Koo....;0)

Liars Lied to me about my credit score to charge me a higher payment. I lost one of my key fobs, I was told they would take care of it using that sales tactic to get me into a new car, later they told 99.99% are a match, but I am the oddity that my 2014 IS key fob could not be matched to any key fob. Keep in mind I had to go to the dealer to learn this because my phone calls and email to customer care manager, George, or Scott were never returned even after a month. So, I receive a bill form Lexus for $400 for the key fob, asked dealer to pay it, they could not because I got such a good deal with my car. Though I was sold a car on a pretense. They never tried to match the key fob, where is the report from service saying so? Stay away from Lexus of Pembroke.
