I"m excited to show you how simple it is to use Perfectly Clear to prepare my family photos for sharing. To me, touching up studio pictures I've made is no great chore for an app--I got it mostly done in camera. It's these pictures I shot in the dark of my kid visiting Santa, or the family dinner, etc that really need some magic, and we're going to show you just how to do it.

Levi and Richard will show some basic as well as advanced techniques in fixing your Holiday and Vacation photos. Tune in live for some great giveaways including Perfectly Clear software.

We’ll see you here on Wednesday the 27th! 10 PST, 11 MST, 12 CST, 1 EST

Sunrise over Waipi'o Valley

I’m always happy to be able to check an item off the bucket list and today’s was watching the sun rise over Waipi’o Valley. Well, technically, it rose behind the valley but we don’t need to split hairs over it. Much like yesterday’s sunrise, there was a thick layer of clouds sitting on the horizon, which ended up working in my favor because of the color that they held. Fortunately, there were some nice, billowy clouds further up in the sky that caught most of the golden yellows and oranges.

I think I was more excited about the actual drive down to the valley than I was getting there. I heard all sorts of stories and warnings about the insanely steep grade, which made me all the more excited. Fortunately, we had rented a trusty Jeep Wrangler, so I knew that I was in good hands. And you know what? That road is damn steep! But it’s also damn fun to drive it. You just need to be absolutely certain that you’re exercising caution and good judgement because one wrong move and you’re in for a not-so-good day.

The service was very courteous, and even went above and beyond for my little girl, bringing extra food more to her liking gratis. The food itself was very authentic and delicious. We had cashew chicken and pork strips with garlic and enjoyed them both. Servings were generous. We ordered the two dishes and had plenty to bring home. The spring rolls were made fresh. The hot and sour soup was the best I've ever had--truly sour, so be aware! Kids loved watching them cook the food through the windows in the kitchen, and everything was very clean and fresh. our dishes were both under $10 at dinner time. Decor was newish, and the booths were all nicely furnished and actually quite comfortable. It's a nice atmosphere, and fairly quiet. We'll be going back for sure.

Getting ready for Church Sunday morning I found a lump on my stomach. I was so anxious I couldn't sit through the service, and was so relieved to find that Portland Urgent Care was open on Sunday. I arrived to a kind welcome from Amanda and was seen right away. Farm, the Medical Assistant, was personable and gentle, and so empathetic it put me right at ease. When P.A. Rafkind came in, his easy manner and experienced discussion drove all discomfort out of my mind--I knew I was in good hands. After all this, they went even further and did price shopping for me to make sure that the extra care I needed would be as small a burden as possible; for a guy who is self-employed, uninsured, and new to the area, this was the greatest gift they could have given me. And yet, my experience doesn't end there! After getting results from the radiologists, P.A. Rafkind searched and found me a surgeon to finalize my care. This is a team of people who aren't interested in merely treating symptoms; they go the extra mile to ensure the health and peace of mind of their clients.
