One man's love affair with a race, even the course itself, that seems to be so unfairly one-sided. Here's Michaels heartbreaking (but entertaining) read on his relationship with the #BostonMarathon.

A first person account of how things could go terribly wrong in the world of fell racing. Sometimes even having a map with you and being able to see where you parked your car isn't enough to help find that damn checkpoint! #mountainrunning   #running

I had a map with me but it did no good. Teaming up with Benny did no good either. We kept second guessing each other into bad decisions.

Just added a couple of Garmin 610's to the raffle table for Sunday's 10k. Yeah, not too bad. These came courtesy of New England Running Company (along with a whole box of other goodies). See you Sunday. Have we mentioned it's only $25 for a 10k and that there's prize money? What are you waiting for?

Some bad timing and bad luck left EJN out in a state forest during a bad storm. Even running out of the woods to a random house to get directions wasn't exactly easy. Here's the story:

For some, running up Mt Washington is only the beginning of the adventure. Last year a group involving Joe Gray, Josh Ferenc, Jeff Dengate and Pete Najem embarked on a cool down that didn't go as planned. Tired legs (and friendships) were tested as they eventually made their way back. Here's the story:

"Posthumous: I love my friends and without them, wild shit wouldn't be as fun. It was wild, especially when true people who know what they're doing say: you're lucky to be alive."

The NFL seems to be pissed (and rightfully so) at even the appearance of dirty dealing. So what would it take to get a reaction like that from USATF?
