Genome Engineering made easier

My latest paper just came out :-) We show how the CRISPR bacterial immune system can be used to engineer bacterial genomes. Two papers just published in Science along with two other papers in Nature Biotech demonstrate the same thing in mice, mammalian and zebra fish cells.
