Colorful restaurant serving family-style, traditional Mexican fare, including all-day breakfast.- Google
"Pretty good, 90% authentic mexican food."
"The refried beans & carne asada would be more authentic if they were less dry."

Completely satisfying. Food was really good. Server was very nice. Stopped in for lunch with my family and we were all impressed.

The food tastes fresh, the quality is higher than a typical chain restaurant and the atmosphere is whimsical. Parking is ample (side street or parking lot in the back). Chips with salsa, bean dip and a guacamole dip are included with every meal. The servers are all friendly, but service can be slow when dining alone. When I am with a guest, servers are more attentive. The food has good flavor without being too hot. Breakfast anytime (except pancakes, which are only available on Sundays). Lunch specials are affordable, well sized and can even include a side salad with mixed greens, not iceberg lettuce, for $1. Even though it's a casual restaurant, I would still feel comfortable going on a date there with my husband. Plus, they offer a 10% off military discount! Yeah!

The service was horrible, I had to get attention to one waiter for us to get drinks and we still didn't get drinks for about 30 minutes and the only one who really cared was a bus boy who kept on checking on us. We didn't get our meal for about an hour. We didn't bother giving our waiter a tip so I decided to give the bus boy a tip because he was the only one that even cares. Kudios to you sir!

Great food, terrible service. Not that the servers are bad, they are just always understaffed. You have to wait for 20 minutes to get a table even though there are like 10 tables that are not occupied and you only have one other party in front of you. I will only go here during off hours, if it is even a little busy I don't bother.

Mr. DeLeo, I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I have a couple questions for you so we can improve our service. What day? What time did you go in? Was the server attentive? Typically we get complaints regarding wait times and food wait times. We are not a fast food chain and all of our dishes require cooking and prep. Waiting 20 minutes for food is not uncommon during dinner hours and we will not compensate quality to have our food out in a few minutes. Waiting 20 minutes to be seated when you say we were not busy does require our investigation. Sometimes employees call in sick and that one person can have a noticeable effect on wait times. Regardless of the situation rest assured we are always striving to improve in all areas so your input is appreciated. In this current day and age customers never seem to request to speak to a manager anymore so we can correct a complaint while it's happening. Instead choose to leave negative comments. So between the multiple social media outlets it's difficult to pinpoint when and what time something negative happened. Making it more difficult to pinpoint if someone was at fault or if that employee needs more training. Again thank you for your feedback and we will continue to strive to be the best at what we do. My wife and I have been coming here for years and really love the place. It is small and does not take reservations. Lunches are hit and miss on service (usually because of under-staffing it seems) but dinners have always been on point. Great street tacos, the Molcajete is fantastic and my wife loves the chile verde. Try the habanero salsa or the salsa macha with a negra modelo. A great locally owned and run restaurant with great and not overpriced food. It has become my comfort food place and feels a bit like home now.

My family really likes Leticia's - unfortunately the service is horrible. We were there for 2 hours and most of that time was waiting for our food...only to have the wrong food come. No one came to apologize or explain...the food is always really good - it's a shame that based on the service today...we will not be going back for awhile.
