My wife and I have been coming here for years and really love the place. It is small and does not take reservations. Lunches are hit and miss on service (usually because of under-staffing it seems) but dinners have always been on point. Great street tacos, the Molcajete is fantastic and my wife loves the chile verde. Try the habanero salsa or the salsa macha with a negra modelo. A great locally owned and run restaurant with great and not overpriced food. It has become my comfort food place and feels a bit like home now.

My family really likes Leticia's - unfortunately the service is horrible. We were there for 2 hours and most of that time was waiting for our food...only to have the wrong food come. No one came to apologize or explain...the food is always really good - it's a shame that based on the service today...we will not be going back for awhile.

Pretty good, 90% authentic mexican food. The food had a good flavor. The refried beans & carne asada would be more authentic if they were less dry. Carnitas were authentic 100%! The lighting was so dark & the print on the menu was so small, I missed the part where it said I would pay $2 more for the cheese on the quesa tacos. I did not want the Abuelo's Salsa on my tacos but on the side instead, so I was charged for it, $1.75, that's too much for a small side so I definateley had to take that home if I was going to pay for it. The staff was great, but I should have been told the same salsa that was going to be inside the tacos, would be extra if I had it on the side instead. I guess the extra work of putting it in a side dish cost time & money. I will give it one more try only, if it doesn't work out, I will write it off as another Mexican Restaurant that has been Americanized therefore not authenic anymore. I shall have to resort to the local street vendors & taco trucks for authenticity. One more time...

The food tastes fresh, the quality is higher than a typical chain restaurant and the atmosphere is whimsical. Parking is ample (side street or parking lot in the back). Chips with salsa, bean dip and a guacamole dip are included with every meal. The servers are all friendly, but service can be slow when dining alone. When I am with a guest, servers are more attentive. The food has good flavor without being too hot. Breakfast anytime (except pancakes, which are only available on Sundays). Lunch specials are affordable, well sized and can even include a side salad with mixed greens, not iceberg lettuce, for $1. Even though it's a casual restaurant, I would still feel comfortable going on a date there with my husband. Plus, they offer a 10% off military discount! Yeah!

The service was horrible, I had to get attention to one waiter for us to get drinks and we still didn't get drinks for about 30 minutes and the only one who really cared was a bus boy who kept on checking on us. We didn't get our meal for about an hour. We didn't bother giving our waiter a tip so I decided to give the bus boy a tip because he was the only one that even cares. Kudios to you sir!

It was just okay. I heard good things, but I left underwhelmed with the taste of the food. My wife and I each ordered something different, so I only tried 2 different items... but there are enough good options to eat around I probably won't be back anytime soon.
